Deciding to post this here as well for those who might've missed it, I've adapted the OG Pierced Ears mod meshes to not clip on the COTR races. I've shared these both as an NPC replacer resource(meaning no permission is needed from me to use them) but also for those who just want some snazzy accessories for their COTR PCs.

Here's a sample:
