Hair with your hands

For ease of use I split the homemade balms into thematic groups, one of which, I hope, you will find a suitable recipe.

1.Oil balm to effectively restore the structure of the hair and treat the scalp. Take a teaspoon of ready balm and add about 20 drops of essential oil (can be more if hair is long). Which essential oil to choose, you can learn from the article “Therapeutic oil for hair”.

2. Herbal salves are convenient to use and prepare. Buy the right grass at the pharmacy, brewed in a thermos and leave it for 3-6 hours. After that, strain the broth, pour it into a dark bottle and stash it in the refrigerator. The balm is ready! Apply to clean hair, the balm is heated to room temperature. To wash it is not necessary!

What herbs can be used:

- the buds and leaves of birch, rosemary - contribute to the rapid growth, add Shine to hair. Apply on the hair roots;

-sage, chamomile, parsley and yarrow are used together or separately to give hair Shine and silkiness;

- nettle will strengthen the hair, will facilitate their growth. Apply on the hair roots;

- crushed roots of calamus is strengthen blonde hair. Our grandmothers regularly rinsed the hair with this decoction to give it a platinum color;

- decoction of chamomile is great for Blonds. It not only strengthens hair, but gives them a nice, Golden hue;

- onion peel, infusion of hop cones beautifully enhance dark hair, and help to get rid of dandruff;

plantain, mother and stepmother, St. John's wort give hair elasticity, reduce the fat content;

- decoction of leaves and roots of burdock restores dry and damaged hair. Before rinsing, add to the broth a few drops of burdock oil;

- pomegranate peel, oak bark, green tea slobozhany make hair supple and reduce their fat content.

3. Alcoholic balms more suitable for hair prone to fat. As a mouthwash use a light beer and champagne. Apply these drinks to the hair separately or make a mixture of beer and champagne in a 1:1 ratio. After this procedure, the hair becomes soft, shiny and more elastic.

4. Apple balsam restores even very damaged hair, making them sturdy and strong. To make it dissolve in 1 hour. L. honey lavender oil, burdock oil, add the juice of one kilogram only which Vyatich apples. A bit time consuming, but the result is stunning. Check for yourself!

5. Lemon balm makes the hair soft and shiny. To prepare it you need: take 5 lemons, clean them from the skin, and fill the peel with boiling water. Insist about thirty minutes, then add the juice of half a lemon.

6. Cranberry balm is suitable for natural light brown hair. Squeeze a glass of juice and opolaskivaniem their hair. For very dry hair in the juice, add a few drops of peach oil.

7. Acetic balm is a water diluted with vinegar. Per liter of boiling water put 1 tbsp of vinegar.

8. Gelatin let the balm dry and brittle hair. Two packets of gelatin dissolve in a well-settled, clean water and add a few drops of essential oil Shea butter or jojoba oil (pre-mix oil in a teaspoon of milk).
