I wonder if the less "human"-looking demons ever catch themselves in the mirror and feel disconnected to their own bodies. i wonder if some of them try to remember what they used to look like, and if others embrace the inhumanity of their new selves, perhaps prefer this self as a "truer" interpretation of who they've always been
