At di ko maatim na isang Marcos nanaman ang uupo bilang presidente. Isang Marcos na di mo nakitaan ng kahit anong remorse sa ginawa nila sa bansa at sa mga Pilipino. And they have the audacity and face to "lead"? Pagbayaran muna nila ang mga kasalanan nila bago sila umupo sa pinakataas. Ngayon palang wala na silang konsensya tapos bibigyan pa ng kapangyarihan? What are we, Filipinos, even thinking? What kind of government are we even fighting for?

This isn't a fight for Leni Robredo to be the president. This is a fight for the Filipinos. A fight for our rights. A fight for our democracy. A fight for the country.

A bunch of rants for this year’s #halalan2019🇵🇭

✅ Very disorganized, they resorted to cluster voting due to lack of man power and probably machines. COMELEC should have taken the initiative to address and do something about it PRIOR to election day.

✅Senior citizens, PWDs and pregnant women should have their own precints or classrooms or if that’s not possible, at least allow equal number of regular voters and those who have special needs inside the room, because with all due respect, they are not the only ones voting.

✅Machines kept on malfunctioning, how idiotic can y'all be and not test out those SECOND HAND machines before distributing them to their respective precints or provide BACK-UP?

✅Useless Brgy. Tanods who aren’t doing their jobs should be fired, they should be keeping the lines organized and call out those na sumisingit! Those guys are as brainless as can be.

My only hope and prayer is for the TRUE public servants to prevail. Because I swear to God if any of those corrupt candidates win this year’s election, then I therefore conclude that majority of the Filipino voters are a bunch of idiots and Philippines is a hopeless case. #voteph

1. Candidate’s track records - The best way to choose the right selection of candidates that you are going to vote is to check their track records. We have to consider all the good and bad things they have made in the past, as well as the achievements and all their contributions. 2. The Platform - Platform is a very important tool on determining who to vote. It can give you an insight on how they will progress as a senator if they will be chosen. Each of every candidates has their own platforms and make some promises out of it. It is so much better to find a candidate that has a solid platform that fits on what you want and also stand by what you believed in and by not just believing on their promises.

3. Make a list - If you don’t want to forget the one that you want vote,  you can write down and make a list of all your chosen candidates. With that, it can help you to make a vote easy and fast. 

*** Take note: this is the only exam that you are allowed to cheat on, so it’s      better for your to seize the opportunity. 

4. Don’t sell your vote - One vote can be use towards a bigger and better change. Don’t let anyone to manipulate you or tell you who to vote because the future is in your hands and by choosing the rightful one can make a big impact. 

5. Go out and vote - Some Filipinos are too lazy to go out and vote, but we need to be mindful that every single vote can make a big change. We have to think that  the world is so cruel right now and our country’s is currently in an awful situation. Let’s do our responsibility as a citizen to choose the right leader than can lead us and manage our country to a better and brighter future.

Wow. Just wow. In between the country's elections and me just getting a job I have a bleepload to talk about that lots of people wouldn't have the interest to read. But who cares. Anyway, I guess I'll start this up with the fact that I'm upset about Madam MDS not getting her shot at being President. There is no one, no one more deserving and fit to to lead this country more than her. Two times already, she has proven that she was the best bet, only for the Filipino people to decide otherwise, but in the end realise, "We should have chosen Miriam". Well, guys, thank so much for ramping it up to a third. Hope you're happy. Hope your choice, the man who claimed we don't need international connections, the man who dismissed infidelity (as long it's from men), the man who kissed women he doesn't know on camera, can make this nation work like we need it to. Cause if not, we will have made the same mistake three times. I just can't understand how easily we chose to take a risk. How we just let the sure win slip from our fingers when what we should have done was hold her tight and embrace her as you would a lover. Why? Was it for the thrill? The gamble? Was it for the amazing feeling you get when you find yourself right after rooting for the underdog? If you find yourself right. If. Or is it the fact that we just can't handle Madam Miriam? That she really is too good to be true. As it was said on The Perks of Being a Wallflower, "We accept the love we think we deserve." Maybe deep down inside we know that, and we cover ourselves up with defense mechanisms. "She's going to die, anyway." "She's lowest in the surveys." "My vote will only be wasted." Those are not valid reasons, those are just excuses! There are lots of valid reasons against the other candidates, but her? Her track record is golden. She's known worldwide for her greatness! She has served us with excellence! She cares genuinely for the Filipino people. Why else would she put herself up there? This is not for her. She has so many paths available that would take her down a happier, more successful life abroad. But she chose to stay. She chose us. And what did we choose? I guess we chose someone who's more in our league. Who's not too hard to reach. I guess we chose someone who was a lot like us. Rash. Fine but not the best. A little bit under prepared. A little bit undeserving. Whatever. Who am I to judge. I'm just like you. I'm just like our future president. In a way. We're all just hoping for a better country. We're all just doing what we think is best. It's just that what I think is best is not always what everyone thinks is best. Life goes on. We live, we grow, we learn. I'm just hoping that one day, when we're all prepared, when we're all mature enough, when we're all deserving, we'd still have someone like Miriam to step up. It would be so awful if Miriam would be the only chance we'd get, and we'd never be able to get another one. But martyrs, I've found, aren't only made through death. Perhaps our letting Miriam go became a trigger to some people. An inspiration. A little push. Maybe someone is out there aiming to be as great as her, maybe even greater. Maybe then, I'll finally be able to agree with the majority about what's best for our country. As for now, Mayor Duterte, please be enough. If you can't be excellent, at least be good. You can be, as everyone believes, but please choose to be. Not for me but for the children I'm going to find looking up at me in the future. For the little minds that lean on the government with regards to them building their own futures. Please. Be good enough.
