Glass Spires is in the game actually! It's exclusive to one Scar challenge, being the Two Lovers. So in a way that Enoch tie was kept, humorously enough if it is a overhauled Enlightenment
There's three bonus tracks on the Tettix half of the Rogue Legacy 2 OST that aren't used anywhere in-game; not even the jukebox has these ones. The first is Old Magic and while I quite love the track on its own, it's only kinda RL2-feeling, so I get why it was cut. I wonder where it was meant to play. The second is Caco Phoney which again sounds only a little like the rest of RL2's soundtrack (this one sounds very Binding of Isaac to me). If the game had an area similar to the Lair Of Darkness in RL1 (while Pishon takes this role it goes for a lot more of a defiled nature theme and less of an evil one) I could see this playing there. And third and finally, we have Enlightenment. This one's closer to the rest of the game's style, and could easily fit in under only moderately special circumstances. If Enoch was the final boss I could easily see this playing there. It's still very clearly not-quite-the-finished-OST though. But more than anything else, I'm pretty confident this did end up being reworked into Glass Spires, which did make it into the final game (though even this is jukebox-exclusive I think? poor song can't catch a break if true.)

I wanted to talk about this scene in the latest episode. I think the adult rvts were putting on a brave face for Liko, Roy and Dot here, to comfort them in a difficult situation. Their home has been heavily damaged, and they're not going to be able to run their business (the rvts) for a while, which is a huge change. It's no wonder that Liko and Roy feel down. However, Friede's speech reminds them of how far they have come as trainers, which was really touching. In addition, Orla, Murdock and Mollie reassuring them that the ship will be repaired was nice to see. In Murdock's case, this proves how much he cares for and wants to support his niece, Dot.
The way that the older rvts reassure the kids shows that they are prepared to go beyond their duties as bodyguards to look out for Liko, Roy and Dot's feelings. From a child's perspective, it conveys the illusion that adults are not afraid of anything and will always be able to protect you. However, we know as an audience that the mature characters have worries and doubts of their own. Due to this, it is arguably likely that they are also feeling deflated after the battle with Rayquaza. I don't think that Liko Roy and Dot are oblivious to the other rvts emotions, but the concept of adults looking out for the youth has been a pattern throughout Horizons so far. We have seen this through instances such as Friede risking his life to save the kids, Ludlow giving words of wisdom and Mollie being the referee during Liko and Roy's first battle.
Knowing all of this, it makes sense that Friede's next suggestion is for Liko, Roy and Dot to train at the Naranja Academy. Not only will this help them learn about terrastralisation, but it will also give them a sense of purpose while the Brave Asagi is being fixed. The adult rvts will always act in the kid's best interests. In other words, I don't think they were as cheerful as they were letting on in this scene.

I have GOT to give it to silverfish while Phantoms can be a pain in the backside every now and again once you find out they are -horrid- at turning around and can easy be kited to death they stop being an issue, and if you're at the point where you have an elytra but don't have mending for one reason or another, membranes do have their uses
Silverfish though? They're small, always faster then I remember, and excellent at swarming and overall being a nuisance. And they don't even drop anything of note and are more just to bug (heh) the player in a stronghold or below a mountain. Which. why are they there. Genuinely I'll listen if someone has a reason it's always been irritating personally
This intentionally left out some of the more obvious mobs that might come to mind like creepers, skeletons, etc because those are a big part of the game that you'd encounter often. This is more about what minor, more uncommon mobs just piss you off when you run into them. They're not necessarily hard to get rid of, they just make you groan when you gotta deal with them. Tho you're still free to select 'other' and tag a more common beastie if they really annoy you that much <3

lync and shadow are never shown to have actual guardian bakugan like most brawlers in the series, until they get their mechanical bakugan and i dont think its said why in the show?
while i have no ideas for shadow prove other than, as i often justify most of his actions, being shadow prove. BUT for lync i like to think that his strategy to make him the supposedly best ventus brawler in vestal was for him to swap out his bakugan in every tournament brawl. every brawl he used a new bakugan so he'd constantly have the element of surprise and his competitors would be consistently unprepared. and i think would have 0 issue tossing out his bakugan after each brawl whether he knew they were sentient at that point or not bc. he's lync. u know what he's like.
i like to think that thats also why he struggles a lot in his brawls in the show. while i do have issues with some of the win/lose rates for characters in nv and how inconsistent it is, and i also dont think the win/loss ratios in nv is a good way to determine skill level bc sometimes it does contradict information we're given (looking at you baron). i DO think lync losing all his brawls when brawling solo and only managing to win when teamed up with someone else is intentional. if he relies on the element of surprise, but is now using the same bakugan in every brawl, its a bit difficult to have that element of surprise with that one bakugan, meaning he's had to change up his brawling style.
this is all probably disproven in the show in some way or form but its my hc at least

Deep Rock is such a fascinating game to me. It's one of those games where sure you may have times where it's beneficial to use the text chat or even the voice chat in-game but most of the time you glance at someone and know what they're up to. No communication other then pinging minerals or random walls

Tennotober Day 3 - Decade
Around 7 or 8 years ago, my high school friends introduced me to this game. Fun fact, I was never into online games until they poisoned me with Warframe.
Words cannot express how much I love this game and how much it has given me hope. Words cannot express how much Warframe has motivate and inspire me.

The Roles of the RVT members in Pokemon Horizons
One of the things that I love about Horizons is how the members of the Rising Volt Tacklers are all unique in their role/occuptation. Each member seems to subvert the expectations or stereotypes associated with their position:
Friede is officially the leader and pilot of the Rising Volt Tacklers. Ironically, it's the other members of the group who take charge of him, if you will. For instance, Mollie and Orla counteract his eccentric personality with their sensibility and level-headedness. Also, the other members are quick to correct Friede when he forgets to tell Liko important information. An example of this is when Mollie scolds him for keeping Liko in the dark about the group's intentions in episode two. Although Friede is in charge, the real authority on the airship is the support and knowledge that comes from his friends. Each crew member (apart from the protags) plays a crucial role in the ship's functionality. This is proven further in episode 13 when Orla reveals that she engineered the Brave Asagi on behalf of Friede's wishes. To add, the ship was originally Ludlow's fishing boat, so the ownership goes back to him. By saying this, I don't mean that Friede has no power by himself. However, his leadership is very much scaffolded by his connections to Orla, Murdock, Mollie, Ludlow and Dot.
The other RVT members also subvert the expectations of their retrospective roles. Orla takes on the traditionally male role as both a mechanic and the engineer of the Brave Asagi. Meanwhile, as a male character, Murdock has a more domestic role of cooking. I feel like this was done intentionally to show that the RVTs are all outsiders to some extent. In Mollie's case, she is a nurse joy who took the different path of travelling and caring for wild pokemon. Ludlow, despite his old age, is still eager to travel alongside the others. Even Friede, the head of the group, is unconventional. In episode 12, Liko's mum points out that he does not look like a Pokemon professor. In response, he says "I don't mind. I feel better like this." (according to the subtitles). I've said this in the past, but I think that the reason Friede does not want to be called a professor is because he does not want to be boxed in by that label. He is not just a professor- he is a battler, pilot, friend and Dad. He is an individual in his own right.
One of the things I'm looking forward to seeing the most in Horizons is Liko, Roy and Dot finding their own sense of identity. With how the story has progressed so far, I would love to see how the adult characters continue to influence their development. Speaking of the younger cast members, Liko Roy and Dot are already unique in their own ways. Liko is taking over from a male protagonist after 25 years. Similarly, Roy is the second protagonist, filling in for what has so often been a female sidekick in past seasons. Arguably, he has a much bigger role than a sidekick (being a mc) but he is still the second major character after Liko. In Dot's case, she breaks the binaries between introversion and extraversion through her dual personality. As Nidothing, she wears a facade of confidence and excitement. However, underneath the costume, she is reclusive and hates social interaction. She represents the human condition, imo. Irl, a lot of people come across as more confident than they actually are. This is symbolised through the extreme example of Dot and her personality as Nidothing. (Or that's how I like to think about it).
Overall, the Rising Volt Tacklers are all unique in their own ways. One of the biggest themes in the new anime seems to be overturning common character tropes and stereotypes, and exploring new 'horizons'.

NaruSaku is to Klaybarra as Zutara is to MaMie, prove me wrong. First set of pairs is between the male and female protagonists, implied in the story to be the planned endgame as evident with their developments and moments together (albeit some moments were subtle), and having main character B be the first love of main character A. Even so, despite all that, they got shoved aside because most of the viewers deemed the pairing "controversial" and preferred the main character to be with the supporting character who gained popularity . Second set is between the main female character and the 2nd male character, those who were never intended to be endgame, but their chemistry and potential are all over the place in the story. However, despite also gaining a fanbase, rivaling and being even bigger than the expected ship at some points in time, the writers stuck to the originally planned endgame with the main character.
It's funny that these pairs, intended to be endgame or not, all broke my heart and couldn't let me catch a break lmao. Maybe I just have a tendency to root for the one that will not be canon regardless of their original fate and popularity haha
