warframing……. wisp finally building after Too Many fights with That Fucking Bird. the ropalolyst is a fun bit of story and i LOVE natahs dialogue during it but oh my god it is so buggy

like in the final run the attack where it Grabs You glitched out and left me unable to use any inputs except movement, including the chat window somehow. so i was sort of walking around under it with no ability to shoot, jump, or communicate, while my poor inexperienced teammates tried to fry it with the laser ten times without breaking the synovia. eventually they worked it out and i had to wait out the extraction timer since i couldnt parkour to the exit even. and then i got the systems and i never have to go back there again

i also started gyres parts building but i still need to run bounties for her main blueprint. i took a break because the two T4 and T5 bounties on offer were "do void cascade for a long time (10 exolizers)" and "do void flood for a long time (12 ruptures without breaking 70%)" and i would rather wait for, like, a mobile defense round

One thing that I love about the different entries written by most of the characters is all of the many writing styles, and prose that are brought by the changing narrative of both the physical events, and the response to those events.

Jack Seward's prose (or to be more precise his dialogue) is very poetic. He uses metaphors to describe his feelings, and puts latin words to convey what he thinks when english can't provide for a fitting word. On top of that, Seward blurres the line between profesional and personal while recording about the state of R.M Renfield, to the point that Seward admits of wanting to keep the man "in his madness" which gives his entry a note of darkness.

"Mem., under what circumstances would I not avoid the pit of hell?) Omnia Romæ venalia sunt. Hell has its price! verb. sap."

So it's really funny, and weirdly fitting how the first time we read Seward's perspective he is in a pure spiral of depression after getting rejected by Lucy. Trying to desperately focus on his work while absolutely not being in the correct mindset to treat any patients, and telling how the void is calling to him.

In contrast, we got our resident cowboy Quincey P. Morris, writing in a very casual yet fantastic prose. The kind of prose that only a storyteller could develop after telling so many wonderful tales. Quincey writes of travels, of old campfires filled with secrets, of many wounds dressed and many to come. His "voice" is bouncy, and leaves the reader wondering about what he said. It's a prose that tells how close Arthur and Quincey really are.

"There are more yarns to be told, and other wounds to be healed, and another health to be drunk. Won't you let this be at my camp-fire to-morrow night?"

With this in mind, the letter sent by Quincey brings an amazing warmth to the entry. He asks Arthur to come to his campfire to congratulate him for his accepted proposal, along with getting Jack out of the asylum. Telling us about old adventures that the three of them spent while leaving an air of curiosity around it. With promises of pure friendship, and warm welcomes.

Voidpunk is a subculture arising from Tumblr since 2018, in this workshop, artist Holok Chen will give an overview of the movement and together with Rik Yu explore the inner world of participants through a summon board , clay figures and face painting.

At the end of the workshop, there will be a catwalk and photo shooting session for our participants to showcase their voidsona.

Their discourse surrounds the ideas of precarious life, displacement and dysphoria through speculative fabulation and void punk.
