A year ago today I started #vivrunseurope in my Gran's home town Unieradz (Poland) with excitement and and a little bit of fear in my heart. Launching myself into the unknown. How far would I get? Would I be able to run close to 4,000 km to the Southern tip of Spain, Tarifa? The funny thing is after day 1 my ITB flared up and I had to have 2 rest days, slight panic! To cut a long story short and with lots of fabulous highs and some bumps along the road I made it in January of this year. Things don't always go completely to plan but we get there with strength, grit, smiles and determination one step at a time. Thinking of all my amazing friends pushing their boundaries and limits out there whether in sport, work or life in general. You inspire me. Particular shout out to @sorrellwalsh and the completely awesome @wmn.run100 initiative. Congratulations to her and everyone who bravely ran 50km and 100km last weekend.
