Honestly yes. Add in Arabella as the adoptive little sister as well and I think it would make the perfect found family mix of "I never knew I needed this but now that I have it, it's all I could ever ask for" :')

(Also something something Arabella having new strange powers she can't fully control and Durge sort of relating to it because they too have random bursts they can't control)
