Pre-established Connections: Unlikely Most Wanted Connections: OCs (gimme pleeeease), the Doctor (all of them especially 5, 10, 11, 13), the Master (all of them), and companions. Ships: Open to all
Short Bio: Iota, later known as the Visionary, is a Time Lord who got her start as a doctor the Hospital on Gallifrey. She eventually became part of the Chancellory Guard until she joined the CIA working to fix paradoxes until the beginning of the Time War. She survived the Time War when her TARDIS made her human to protect her. However, the human version of her tried to hold on to herself out of fear until she eventually remembered. Iota travelled through time and space and regenerated several times before returning to Gallifrey's past where she relived Gallifreyan history including the Time War a second time. She, again, survived the Time War with the help of the entity that granted her the Visions and now travels to build a machine to allow her to retrieve her TARDIS from a parallel world.

For a long time, she had stood in meditation. Silent. Defeated. Without hope. She was tricked into her situation by a mad businessman who held no kindness towards living beings.
Her meditations were broken by a voice inside her mind. The woman could not reply to her for the Rassilon of Old decided a Visionary would only receive telepathic messages in order to prevent a Visionary from sharing her Visions with those beyond the High Council. It was a simple security measure engineered into a biological creature like they were a tool -- this infuriated her when she learned the reason she couldn't communicate with others after all these centuries.
The voice stirred her. A familiar touch of another Time Lord on her mind. A familiar touch she had not felt since the Time War.
Yet, maybe it was a trick of the light or did the Corsair's prescence have an effect on the suspension matrix of the woman within? Did it shimmer or was it the light?
well well, wasn't that curious. her finger traced the lettering with a coy smile spreading her painted lips. " absolutely absurd, " she laughed to herself, whoever ran the museum clearly had incorrect information - considering another Time Lord was in fact stood facing said the so called 'last of' - as for The Doctor ... not even remotely correct. no matter the face, she would recognise them.
The Corsair knocked on the glass, as though it would get the Time Lords attention.
" Quite the predicament eh, poppet? " she reached out telepathically, as not to rouse suspicions of the museum staff. " though they could benefit from further research, I could have sworn your name was spelled V-I-S-I-O-N-A-R-Y, my dear. "

Maybe not ALL TOKENS ARE SECURITIES - and that are able to define this better than us?
WE ARE LEGALLY Permitted to REGULATE OURSELVES

We, the Crypto Community (the city), have a right to try this for ourselves and also perform it worldwide. We have the right to define this industry we created and govern that industry serve and to protect organizations or individuals which engage in most of things crypto.
The control and power given to FINRA will likely be applied to be allowed the ability to audit exchanges and member firms, ensuring compliance with rules and the TXSRB standards. This will probably be done in order to promote ethical practices and also to boost member transparency within the industry. The TXSRB shall oversee any arbitration between other involved parties, companies, shareholders or exchanges.
We are asking everyone to come and enroll at the TXSRB.org and we would like you to share with your good friends and share this report. During the subsequent 21/2 years John heard laws pertaining to broker/dealers and worked against the lawyers representing AngelList (Pillsbury and K&L Gates), understanding how to operate an internet site like angel.co but centered on household and institutional shareholders. Then in May of 2017 he had his lamp moment and contacted a premier law firm representing classes carrying ICOs into Bancor out of Mastercoin. This distinct US firm has around fifty lawyers dedicated to crypto. They told him, "they'd been waiting for me to come along with this legal method of doing things for 2 1/2 decadesago" If the industry doesn't you have to not expect that nothing is going to be done; it's going to simply be done for/against us and certainly with no opinion. Wake up to the day's main news.
The TXSRB isn't a private organization but is at the mercy of some regulations to the extent an applicable governmental law or regulation applies, supplemented by the law. Once the TXSRB has set rules, regulations, and terms guiding member actions, then those rules will likely be considered binding and any failure to use within the member rules & regulations will probably have impacts, which will probably be spelled out clearly as soon as a business employs to be part of those TXSRB. The TXSRB can make it a spot of excellent emphasis to coach owners and investors of all altcoins on proper company practices. We will produce and make available information regarding fraud or other bad behavior within town or the crypto industry, which will help investors and owners of non-security tokens understand how their ownership works, how special-purpose vehicles function, the way stokens and altcoins are valued and how they transaction, all to diminish possible risks in the stokens and how alt coin market. John also spoke with both David and Dominik, the founders of IOTA, that were instantly fans of the TXSRB, since they're extremely proactive protecting owners of IOTA tokens. John also spoke by phone with Sergey Sholom by MobileGo, Travin Keith of Ardor/Nxt, the MaidSafe founders, Iconomi, Synereo and Wings...most of whom said that they affirmed a valid way to tokenize the purchase of securities and all are devoted to strengthening and growing the Neighborhood while protecting owners of altcoins.
John painted this movie to demonstrate that he asked some of the smartest people inside the crypto industry (if not the world) to make an effort to break the Stokens model and they didn't violate it. Additional all of them agreed that they desire education, rules & regulations to the Neighborhood to rise from $100 billion to $1 trillion over then next three years and beyond.
He also met the mythical Charles Hoskinson, who shared latenight pizza slices and stimulating, brilliant conversation. He's just about the creator of their alt coin space, helping guide pro-altcoin Swiss law. Charles based BitShares using Stan & Dan Larimer (Dan additionally based Steem & lately based EOS) and later Charles was a founder in Ethereum and it is currently the champion of Ethereum Classic.
Even a Self-Regulated Organization (SRO) is really a non-governmental company using power to produce and enforce industry regulations and standards, using the best focus on the security and instruction of all investors. As the industry will accomplish this by establishing rules, which promote prestige and ethics. To modulate ourselves internal mechanisms business operation stream for nominal founders and exchanges, and with external agreements between like organizations are being created by us. Were you aware that a self-regulating body may be created by participants in a industry which self-governs and polices themselves? The SEC isn't a government agency, rather they're a self-regulating body that has been created by the member exchanges to protect and educate the general public around securities. Bureaus exist across the globe providing the service whilst the SEC does at the United States. Among the first important things are the several forms of altcoins.
Businesses like Trulioo allow for rapid KYC/AML if wed with global laws, rules & regulations regarding securities baked into the blockchain or smart contracts we can ensure each owner of a security token complies with all regulations where they truly are domiciled. How can you apply everything?
Please combine the Token Exchange Self-Regulating Body; EVERYONE is invited. This night an early BTC miner decreed over drinks that the "security token" should be called a "stoken" and it stuck; the Stoken was born.
Unfortunately, in that time the vital components weren't set up and it seemed that legally they would not be able to pursue the crowd (at least in the usa) because non-accredited investors can't readily participate in early-stage funding. Simply calling a security a "coin" or "token" and highlighting it in a pro-crypto country doesn't negate the fact it's still a security and can't be marketed, sold or traded amongst non-accredited investors in the united states or other states together with private company equity restrictions.
Therefore, it's possible to lawfully trade private-company equity amongst accredited investors internationally more efficiently utilizing smart contracts to the block-chain and be more compliant lawfully than with a normal venture or brokerage firm. John was later blessed to hang out with the likes of Jed out of Ripple who later started Stellar, Ned from Steem and Steven Nerayoff, who is an absolute giant at the alt coin space and ordered the Ethereum ICO. After John hung up from the dialog with a firm belief that security tokens have tremendous importance not only as a process for legal tokenized investment, but they also function as an obvious differentiator between what exactly are and what're entirely not investments, they provide granular investment liquidity. Digitalized security tokens provide liquidity for employees and founders. They provide using a liquid equity for a money for acquisition of competitions, etc., as large organizations often do. There's also uncertainty for trade trades, and perhaps even de-centralizedtrades, who allowed that the DAO token to exchange; or just about all of the tokens that will/may be deemed securities trading about those exchanges now. On July 25th that the SEC let the world know they think a few tokens are securities and namely the DAO token. India, China, Japan, Singapore...announced that they are going to regulate a few compromises as securities and also will probably settle on which tokens are, or aren't, securities. Even the SEC could begin investigating tokens, creating damage, cost and annoyance to the value of the token with the prospective years of doubt about the effect weighing on the heads of the owners of this token. The first morning in nyc John expressed concerns that AngelList he among others were predicting coins investments when the majority are tokens and called Tim Draper. Crypto whenever people start calling every alt coin an investment is hurt by it. A coin might be a money, matchor charity, fat protocol, access or usefulness market, etc.. He said that his team had been trying to determine howto do a venture fund for the previous few decades and so they both consented to speak. He's a super smart guy who put investment and felt in BTC ancient. Tim's smart, pro-crypto and he seemed to appreciate the security amount solution."
John has been passionate about helping people triumph and has dedicated more than four decades. John held meetings at the center of might 2017 with the altcoins in the world's creators so he could share his ideas and hear their opinion, knowing they'd spent money and exhaustive hours .
BOOM!!! Consider that. We can be modulated OR and the only real point to determine this fate is if we choose to arrange and do it.
John was introduced to one of the founders, Amir, and had a good two hour long dialog. He later told me that the "hair on my neck stood on end hearing that from such a genuine alt coin pioneer", and so they agreed to meet personally when he arrived in nyc for Consensus.
In the event you can do some thing with paper records, attorneys, notaries and banking subsequently you certainly can legally add efficiency with smart contracts to the block chain, eliminating paper documents, lawyers, notaries and banks, saving both money and time.
The dominoes have started falling, and they are dropping fast. Iota sat on a wall somewhat away from the hustle of the market, kicking her legs, people watching. She watched no one in particular, she just observed and tried to guess the passerbys backgrounds to keep herself entertained. No one paid her much attention and she frankly, enjoyed it.
Her vision eventually fell upon a woman in Victorian garb. She stood out among the other people in the market. Then again, so did Iota in her 1939 dress with a navy waistcoat and bows down the front.
This woman wasn't dressing up, she was out of her time, Iota sensed as she came closer.
She was getting closer, Iota realized, straightening up and watching the woman.
"Plans?" She questioned. Well, she only planned to go back to her TARDIS and search for more leads on the people who took her daughter, but she could be tempted to stay if the other proposed something interesting or somehow related to them.
"No, I haven't any."
@vxidlight // sc -- for Iota

"I just had the wildest idea," Missy spoke to no one in particular, knowing that her wiles more than sufficed to attract the attention of those around her. "I'm going to rob a bank!"
She swept her gaze around the market, seeking out anyone who might help or hinder, before finally setting her eyes on a younger woman.
"Hello!" she exclaimed. "You wouldn't have any plans this evening, would you?"

@saltzblood liked this for a starter from Iota for the Doctor.
Alice had been working at Shoreditch Library since she was a teenager as a volunteer. But she never knew she'd find solace in it since her disappearance in 2008. She'd quickly gained knowledge of the computer logging systems and the book classification systems as much as any of the other librarians that they took a chance on her and hired her. She never let them down. She eventually got her degree and became an official librarian.
She walked through the aisles, reorganizing books. She watched some of the Coalhill students goofing around. They weren't making too much noise but reminded them of the rules before she moved on. She eventually got to the back of the library when it was near closing.
She slowly exhaled a fine mist into the air and shivered, pulling her coat tighter around her. Was the heating out back here? She wondered. Why was it suddenly so cold? She heard laughter nearby and went to investigate.
She found a bunch of students crowded around a book, giggling and laughing. She thought she could hear another voice. A deep male voice. Something about it sent chills down her spine. "Hey you guys!" She interrupted when she couldn't shake the feeling something was wrong any longer. "It's almost closing time."
To her surprise, the kids didn't argue. They reacted like she had yelled and scared them. They scattered, leaving the book they'd been so focused on abandoned on the floor. She went towards it but hesitated. A gut instinct told her not to touch the book. It was just a book, right? The kids were probably laughing at nudie pictures or something and the voice she heard was one of them mocking someone. What were they laughing at? She went to the book, went to close it, and...
...It was like a dagger of ice pierced her mind. Her whole body felt frozen in place. She couldn't cry out and even drawing a breath felt impossible. Voices invaded her mind -- the male's voice most prominent.
Suddenly, she began to laugh. Alice realized what was happening and tried to fight it, but it had some kind of hold over her mind.

starter for @xchxsingcxrsx's ten from Vis!three.
The last few minutes of Alice's life were hazy. She remembered fighting with her sister, trying to convince her to come back to the cafe instead of vanishing for months again, when something or someone—Alice didn't see—grabbed her, and then everything went black.
That was when Alice woke up here and couldn't remember anything else.
She slowly sat up. Her body was aching like she'd been through hell. She was trying so hard not to panic. "Not again." She whispered repeatedly to herself, trying hard to keep her breathing even. She was shaking as she pushed herself off the cold, wet ground. She was terrified it was happening again.
She left the room she was left in and wandered down the steps until she found her way outside. That was when she realized something far worse. Was she even in London any more? Everything was destroyed.

@tcnderhearts continued from here x.
Yes it has and if you're not careful, you'll be trapped too, she thought her desperate warning, knowing full well she couldn't hear her. Frustration raged through her, she so badly wanted to talk. To reply. To warn her. To tell her how to let her out. But instead, she was just sitting there. Her thoughts were locked within her head. Instead, silence came the reply from the stasis'ed Time Lord.
Things would go so much quicker if she could only communicate! If she could only just reconnect with her suit. She knew she was still wearing it because it was isomorphic, so they couldn't remove it from her, but something was disabling it.
In the exhibit, her strong emotions were having an effect on the stasis field. Was that rapid eye movement? Was that twitching of the fingers?

Iota felt bad that she couldn't give Kate any real news about her baby. She knew that she'd want to know immediately if her child was okay if she were in her place. She wished she could offer her more.
Iota caught Kate before she could fall. "Take it easy and sit down for a minute more. You've been through a lot." She told her, concerned.
Kate sighed more bad news on top of her previous bad news . She tried steady herself but felt herself unable to stand losing her balance.

@thedoctornumber11 said: 🤗 to hug my muse from behind. for Alice
Alice was making them both a cup of tea. She was just pouring in the boiling water when she was hugged from behind. She let out a small squeal before realizing that it could only be one person, then relaxed into the hug. "You know, you startled me!" She told him with a laugh.

@thedoctornumber11 said: “There’s… there’s something in here.” for Alice
Alice froze at his words, suddenly almost overwhelmed with terror. She buried it down, trying not to let it control her actions and thoughts. Her voice was barely louder than a whisper when she spoke. "What do we do?" She asked.

"Get out of my way," The Visionary's voice was low and as sharp as a knife. Her green eyes burnt with passion -- nothing was going to stop her from her task. All she had was her time suit to stop them. "I can't waste any more time."

"I-I know." the Visionary knew better than anyone. She often encouraged her companions to seek help when they needed it. "I'm fine tho, really." She smiled reassuringly. She was tired, more tired than usual, but she could keep going. "We should keep moving."
@vxidlight asked: "it's honestly nothing. i can deal with it myself." - from Iota!six to either the Doctor or Professor.
The Professor raised an inquisitive eyebrow. "You may be capable of many things, but it's never a sign of weakness to ask for help when needed," she replied.

Iota Headcanon: Who/What is Alice?
Towards the end of the Time War, Iota's TARDIS was ripped open by a Dalek temporal bomb. Iota’s TARDIS was ripped open. In order to protect its occupant, it made her human and buried her memories of the Time War. It made her an infant and gave her to a family - the Howards - so the ship wouldn’t have to create a background or false memories for her.
What makes Alice different from a fobwatched Time Lord, is that Alice doesn’t have one. Her DNA is hidden behind a genetic lock that can (and later does) break if her life was in danger causing her to revert back.
Alice’s memories and those of her family are all real. Alice’s memory of wanting to be an astronaut when she was five, falling off her bike when she was six and breaking her wrist, her memories of fighting with her sister --- all of them are real.
Because they are real, she loves her family so much, and because Iota wanted to run away from the war are the main reasons Alice clings so strongly to being human.
Alice subconsciously knows she’ll die if she lets Iota come back. Alice’s journey is learning to accept that.
Her family: - Lydia Howard (mother). Works as a hairdresser and lives in North London. Alice lived with her until she vanished. - Matthew “Matt” Howard (father). Vanished when Alice was 12. - Janet Howard (sister). Was Alice's best friend until Alice vanished. - Elizabeth Howard (clone/daughter).

Iota and Ganymede headcanon
Iota/The Visionary smells like honey tea.
Seriously.
Even Alice smells faintly of honey.
Her brother, Ganymede, does too but he smells more like a weak perfume while she is more of a tea. It’s a trait from their House – most from there have a small honey scent that accompanies them.

@starwrittenfates liked for a starter for Romana from Iota.
Her breathing was slow but picked up as she came out of unconsciousness. Her head and body ached but as she patted herself down she found nothing was seriously injured beyond bruises. Giving herself a few more moments to come to her senses, she soon climbed to her feet. She looked around.
There had been someone with her when the crash landing occurred. She searched for them, calling out for the stranger whose name she did now know. She was concerned. Medically speaking if they were seriously injured she did not know how much time they had. Emotionally she just cared about their well-being.
"Hello? Are you out here? Are you okay?" She called, pushing aside another piece of hull plating. She stepped out onto the snowy planet.
