My husband is the best *humble brag*. He invited me to go running with him, and planned it all out so that we did it in the shade when it wasn't super hot out. I felt special to have him spend the time to design it all out for us. Our virtual running group is up and running!! It's a place for us to come together and support each other much like we would on a weekly meet up group. You can post pictures, ask questions, and meet/connect with others over a common interest. We are going to have scheduled optional "group workouts" but you can also do your own thing as well.
