Noble silence beginning soon. No phones, tech, socializing or talking for the next 7 hours.🙅🏻🐭 It's been three years from the life-changing 10 day beginner Vipassana course in Bali. Good thing mom who's been doing it for a decade reminded me it's time to refresh my meditation even though I've been keeping to my daily meditations daily since then. Especially being back in the big city it's become even more important to take time to go within and silence the noise.
