Soleil and Violet are good at a lot of things, but maintaining the secrecy of their engagement should not have been one of them

Baldur's Gate 3: Coasties of Elfhame remix
Elienna couldn't have picked worse people to crash-land with after being infected by a mind flayer parasite:
an imperious blond elf (question mark) who thinks they're in charge
an oddly bloodthirsty cleric of Lathander
the oldest daughter of the Baldurian merchant family whom her family is feuding with for no particular reason
But at least she has the mysterious artifact that's fabled to bring good fortune to anyone who has it. When she wakes the next morning, her situation may be unchanged, but she dreamed of a shining humanoid figure who made her feel hopeful when she looked at them.

Soleil couldn't bring the alien ship down themself, but they had gathered a few allies, albeit not ideal ones.
The human girl was the most promising among them, given her pragmatism and practicality to do what must be done to survive.
The cleric could join them on the front lines of battle and brought greater skill with the healing arts, even though he made for poor conversation at camp
The less said about the half-elven fire witch, the better, but if she had to wield a dreadful power like that, she could at least have the decency of embracing it instead of brooding about it
