Then, you leave the fermenting grapes alone with the skins and seeds still attached. This is a natural process that does not use additives, and taste very different from regular white wines and have a sour taste and nuttiness from oxidation. 📝 📌 Baked apricots, salted lemons 🍋, orange 🍊 peal, smoked almonds, cloves and toast on the nose.
