SO I ended up creating this goetia lad here-- meet Viggo! He's a teenaged son of the Great Duke of Hell Eligos (aka Eligor/Abigor).
Notes:
I based him off of a gyrfalcon (originally I was thinking of doing a peregrine falcon, but ultimately went with the gyrfalcon because it's historically been considered a 'royal' bird, and I thought that'd be fitting for someone of nobility like one of the ars goetia).
Viggo is currently 15-16, so he's not had a full growth spurt yet. Gyrfalcons are the largest falcons in the world, so he'll be much bigger when he's fully grown.
His parents played with the idea of betrothing him to Octavia (neither were interested, but it's not like they get a say)-- however, this plan became less attractive to them after Stolas fell out of social favor with the rest of the goetia.
In this AU, Stolas & Blitz do (eventually) get together officially, and while having a blended family that's now inclusive of imps and hellhounds definitely solidifies their social pariah status, Viggo feels more curiosity about them than anything. This is what leads to him meeting Felicity (pictured above, though this isn't meant to depict their first meeting), and extending an olive branch at a stuffy social gathering, in order to learn more about her and her family. They strike up a tentative friendship (which will eventually grow into something more).
This act of kindness and open-mindedness is extremely important to Felicity, as she finds adjusting to being the step-daughter of a prince extremely difficult, as you'd imagine. She's a wallflower type, and a people-pleaser who's always behaved much more demurely than the rest of her immediate family, feeling the internalized pressure to offset their turbulence by more closely conforming to Hell society's ideas of how low-born demons should act. Due to this, she has a lot of deep-seated resentfulness and bitterness inside, but that's a whole other can of worms to open another day.
