Mấy hôm nay trời Hà Nội nhiều mây, mưa phùn, chúng tôi chạy bon bon trên con xe số lạch cạch trong cái tiết trời chả rõ là sáng hay chiều này. Chỉ biết suốt gần 2 tuần ở đấy, mặt trời là điều gì đó vô cùng xa vời.

Mặt đường ẩm ướt hoà cùng mùi hương cỏ cây sau mưa, nếu ở SG lâu thật lâu mới được nếm trải mùi vị sau mưa tươi mát chỉ trong thoáng chốc ấy, thì ở đây tôi cứ cảm thấy chúng quấn lấy mình mãi chẳng buông, thi thoảng lại miên man nghĩ ngợi những điều trống rỗng như tâm trí chẳng còn rào chắn, chẳng thể chứa được bất kể điều gì, chúng cứ ào đền, rồi kéo nhau đi...

Như một trạm dừng chân, dòng suy nghĩ là đoàn tàu, cứ thế, mọi thứ tuôn trào không cần sự kháng cự.

Tự nhiên nghĩ về mong muốn khát khao được sống ở một thành phố xa lạ. Cái lạnh mơn trớn da thịt cũng đã có khi khiến tâm trạng tôi trở nên quá sức chán chường, cái lạnh lẽo của lòng người giữa đô thị có khi còn dễ chịu hơn là cái lạnh giữa núi rừng nơi vắng bóng cả loài người.

Con người vốn là loài sinh vật kì lạ thế, lúc thế này lúc thế khác, khi đã khó lựa chọn thì thôi đừng lựa chọn. Khi đã chẳng tìm ra ��ược lí lẽ nào hợp lý cho vấn đề thì thôi hãy ngừng cắt nghĩa.

Tôi cho đó là biết chấp nhận, biết thế là đủ rồi, nếu dấn thân mà không thể thỏa mãn được chính mình thì thôi hãy dừng lại. Dẫu biết mọi thứ vẫn cứ bỏ lửng như thế nhưng mà đôi khi cuộc đời này đâu cần thiết phải có một câu trả lời rõ ràng mạch lạc để làm gì đâu.

Tôi thích Đà Lạt, thích không khí, thích cái cách thời gian trôi dài lê thê như giằng co với cuộc đời. Thích cái cách người ta làm việc trong tiếc trời đôi khi vừa ẩm ướt vừa lạnh lẽo, thích những buổi chiều hoàng hôn nhợt nhạt đôi khi chẳng kịp thấy được mặt trời đã phải vội vã chạy né cơn mưa bất chợt.

Nhưng một ngày nào đó, chính những điều tôi yêu đó cũng có thể trở thành một trong những thứ khiến tôi rời bỏ thành phố này. Tôi tin là như thế

Nhớ về quãng thời gian lang thang khắp d��c đường đất nước, mấy lần trúng thực, xe cộ hỏng hóc, mấy lúc khó khăn trùng trùng lòng chỉ muốn bỏ cuộc để trở về th��nh phố. Thấy mình thiệt yếu mềm, đôi khi quá hèn nhát trước những thứ quá to lớn, như khung cảnh hùng vĩ của Hà Giang từng khiến tôi cảm thấy mình quá sức nhỏ bé, mọi nỗi muộn phiền lúc đấy lập tức cũng tan ra như bọt biển. Tôi nghĩ về cảm xúc lúc té xe trên đèo, nghĩ về sự trống rỗng, về nỗi sợ và muốn dừng lại. Có thể nó chỉ thoáng qua, nhưng cũng đã gợi nhắc về sự ham sống trong tôi, về nỗi sợ cực độ không phải về cái chết mà là nỗi sợ về sự lặng im mà biến mất khỏi cuộc đời.
