Heavy play recovery?
Wife and I had a baby back in May, and we've pretty much got our 3-4x per week sex rhythm back. Last night however, she was extra horny, and we went at it for a lot longer than we usually do. This morning, she's sore ALL over, and made a comment about how that didn't used to be a problem when we were younger, haha! I've already made her breakfast, made sure she's drinking plenty, and she's on the mend.
SO30, what are some of your favorite recovery methods after a night of heavy activity and exertion?
