Wait, I didn't know Paget Brewster cut her hair in the last seasons and she wore a wig -- this means the hairstyle I hated was a wig!

Also, are you telling me the show had to let Paget wear the ugly wig when she looked amazing with her gray hair and a shorter haircut. Both things we already knew!

Any tv shows/movie made after 2010-ish is the worst. The color grading is just wrong, too much CGI, not enough practical effects, why do most of the actors look like that, where is the flair, the camp??? I'm not even a film buff or anything like that, I just watch a lot of older-ish movies, but it's so weird to see the, imo for the worst, change!!!

PJO show is okay so far. But I feel like it’s missing a lot of the comedy from the books that makes this universe so fun and lively. And it’s not just because we’re not in PJO TV Percy’s head all the time. The world in the books outside of Percy — the situations, the other characters — are just kind of silly and cartoony sometimes. The TV universe feels much heavier and more serious in comparison.

#at least they gave the Minotaur the white underwear #but it almost doesn’t fit with the vibe of the show #pjo #pjo tv #i was afraid they’d make it too serious #it just feels kinda like… flat and dull right now #when it should be magical and often absurd and funny #the books have so much vibrant personality

Throwback to 2019 when I first drew Pluto! This was after I found out I had PTSD, and wanted to draw how I had been feeling. Their creation and growth as a character, and now persona, has really helped me navigate everything.

Although it was created out of confusion and disappointment, I've always really enjoyed how this came out, and it's still one of my favourite images that I've made to this day.

I have such a mixed match hodge podge of aesthetics for the fashion in my book and I think I've finally gotten to a place where I'm pretty happy with the fits but like. Wtf am I supposed to do for color palettes hfjdmdk

#like. renaissance era clothes are wayy more colorfull than tv costuming would like you to believe and modern street wear #can also be very vibrant and saturated with color #but then like industrial revolution laborer clothing was dingy browns and grays #and I definitely want a more grimy dreary aesthetic soooo. what the hell #I also have an issue where I want everything to kinda be matchy matchy #If you ever see my sims you would know that this is something I struggle with #so like I need them to look cohesive in a world together but then also be different and have their own style without clashing #blughhhhhhhh #sstfu.txt #I could talk about character design forever it's so fun for me #but designing a one off character is an entirely different beast to designing a cast
