hi this is a vague question and i apologize but HELLO WHAT IS "what if we were traveling in the worm forest and there was only one flesh tent" I MUST KNOW

Oh!!! So this is my latest project of all my projects - so newborn that it is barely formed (whereas the other two projects in that poll already have art and writing and even dedicated blogs here and here).

The project is loosely called 'flesh castles' in my mind and it's a melting pot of my main interests: knights, forests, body horror and sessile marine life. I haven't posted about it online anywhere as I am still brainstorming it (also trying to come up with a blog name better than 'flesh castles' for a dedicated sideblog). I don't know if it will be an art project or a writing project - so far there is more art than writing.

In summary: there is a world covered in giant trees and deep, dark forests. Within these forests are castles made of flesh; castles which shelter and nurture the people within. They are ruled by fairy princesses and guarded by animals called 'knights' against dangerous wildlife such as unicorns. Word is recieved that a flesh castle out in the ice wastes is in trouble, so a scribe and a knightskin (human warrior wearing the skin/armour of a knight animal) travel together to find out more. They may also share a flesh tent and maybe even kiss.

The forests are made of tree-worm hybrids (symbiotic worms acting as a circulatory system to help pump fluids up the imossibly tall trees), worm-trees (based on sessile worms and corals), stinging trees (corals, anemones, polyp stages of jellyfish), fern worms (crinoids). The air sometimes becomes thick with aerial algae and plankton and is too wet to breathe without a protective mask, covering everything in a green slime as you walk through the algal fog.

Currently I'm tagging posts with the same vibes I want to cultivate in this story as '#vibe17' on my blog (my blog tagging system includes so many numbered vibe tags I'm sorry)

ME GUSTA.  edit: ah so i posted this before i even got to the middle. it was cool in the beginning. but then they got got really trick/flashy shit heavy. i understand that their theme was mimes and that they have to "entertain", but still haha. i mean its still freakin' sick and i respect the team SOO much, but it was more ABDC than the artsy stuff choreo cookies presents. Choreo Cookies definitely deserved first. Still really enjoyed this set though.

after yearss of watching live and on YouTube, my first Vibe performance ever... unforgettable. amazing line up & influential performances.. every single team killed it.. i don't think there was anything i didn't like.. haha. Congrats Kaori Alive from Japan, Academy of Villains, and of course Choreo Cookies :) inspired for sure.  input = output. January has been a roller coaster to say the least, but I'm so proud and privileged to be apart of barkada modern. of course things can always be better, but after all the bullshit, both productive and useless hours, both tense/heated and heartfelt moments, still gotta love it. everyone strives for betterment, stay hungry stay humble, beast mode, frustrations, inspiration, all that good and bad. when no one else but your teammates get how it is. it feels so good to say it's worth it. definitely not taking it for granted. always recognizing what we have instead of complaining about what we don't have. in the end, a couple minutes on stage in hopes of inspiring and bringing something different to the community.
