thh characters with a crush on you

warnings: none, maybe some swearing but otherwise nothing major
oH and mentions of murder and death but this is danganronpa so im going to assume u expected as much
a/n: so we kickin this blog off with a bang, writing for LITERALLY THE ENTIRE TRIGGER HAPPY HAVOC CAST LMFAOAOAOAO (excluding hifumi, yasuhiro, and the two despairs doe bc i’ve already made that clear)
also some character’s sections are shorter than others im sorry i just couldnt think of as many bullet points for them *tiktok cry emoji*
edit: I FORGOT CELSESTE FU K SORRY
spoilers under the cut!!
★ 彡 ★ ミ ★ 彡 ★ ミ ★
makoto naegi
when he realizes he likes you, he doesn’t necessarily panic or anything, but he does get nervous
nervous around you, that is
y’all saw how he was with sayaka
if he says anything that might sound intimate then he’ll immediately rephrase it or reassure he didn’t mean anything by it
he really only does have good intentions but his wording just kinda flops sometimes
he appreciates how you listen to him and value what he says
you don't make him feel dumb or inferior compared to a bunch of ultimates with actual talents
he’ll muster up the courage to tell you eventually
let’s hope his luck comes through 😁
byakuya togami
now when THIS man realizes he likes you, he a bitch nigga bout it 😐
he can't believe he fell for a common plebeian such as you
but it was hard not to
the way you preferred to get to the point
the way you were aware of your situation and didn't sugarcoat how you felt about it, although you certainly were nicer with it than him
he's ruthless
anyways
you knew your priorities and spent no time trying to use your resources
he noticed how much you had in common; in you, he saw himself
and we all know how this mf feels about himself 😐
he’ll be quick to defend you in class trials
he won’t realize he’s doing it but he just subconsciously protects you
but just because he doesn't notice it, don't mean the rest of the class brushes past it as well
yeah they on his ass LMFAOO
kyoko kirigiri
kyoko is very good at keeping her composure so she won’t be very obvious
she’ll probably just hang around you more
she’ll also defend you in class trials, calmly
“oh, it couldn’t have been [name]. i remember seeing them in their dorm around the time the murder took place.”
hifumi probably finna say some dumb shit like “aye what was you doin in their dorm doe” but anyways
she finds you respectable
if you have anything to contribute, she’ll let you take the floor
when she tells you, she’s very composed, but also very indirect LMFAO
she’s not too sure on how to express her interest in you but maybe she’ll go about it like “well, [name], now we’ve made it here, would you like to step back into the world with me?” or somethin else along those lines idk
take her hand
pls
toko fukawa
y’all know her whole “master togami” shtick
yeah so 😁😁😁😁
no but fr, toko ofc still has her borderline stalkerish 🧍🏾♀️ tendencies
she’ll often find herself staring at you, either in the library or in the morning meetings everyday at breakfast
but she isn’t as straight forward as she is with byakuya
i actually think she’d be mad shy and non confrontational
the whole thing she kept up with him ? yeah, never again
if you approach her first then she’ll be able to get a few words out but for most of the conversation, she’ll just nervously play with her braids
you’ll most likely put two and two together
unless ur a makoto kinnie bc then you’ll have to wait till someone else puts it in place for u but anyways
if you decide to approach her about it, you’ll kinda be backing her into a corner bc she’s just bad at deflecting things lmao
she’ll eventually confess (begrudgingly but hey i mean its better than nothing)
expect much stuttering and a gesture like giving you a small gift
and not to be that writer that uses japanese terms in english writing but toko seems like a tsundere but not really if that makes sense?? so she’d probably shove it in your hands and if you try to say something then she’ll just try to play it off as not a big deal lol
calls u a baka 😍😍
aoi asahina
i know y’all all see how she is with sakura
yeah.
aoi is the kind of person who’d like to spend time with their crush rather than shy away from them
she values you and your friendship very much
bring her donuts
just trust me bring her donuts
she doesn’t really realize she’s into you like that for a while but believe me, she is, the whole time
and yeah i think she’d be nervous to tell you bc that’s just natural but ultimately she’d be cool about it
uh oh looks like we goin for a swim
sakura ogami
similar to kyoko, she’s very calm
despite her big and bad appearance, she really is a sweet girl
she cares for you and your well-being very much
will indeed go on x games mode for you
the way she tells you is very sincere and well spoken
kith her
naow
im sorry this is like the shortest one i couldn’t think of much for her 😔😔
leon kuwata
flirtatious ass mf
and he’s lightskin
so this just cannot go well
y’all know that bit where it’s like the guy yawns and stretches his arms up and then wraps one around your shoulder
yeah that’s literally him LMFAOO
he’s very confident
he was fairly well known with the ladies at his old school so you know he’s rhockin wit it ‼️
but
you feel.. different than usual ??
those girls were just lil flings n dates bc he was nice enough to accept their confessions and it boosted his ego anyway so it was a win win
but you
he was genuinely interested in you since he had saw you the first time
he didn’t just acknowledge your appearance
he learnt about your personality and your hobbies and what you liked and such, and he really cared and wanted to hear you talk about it all
he felt the need to really make an effort to show you how much he respected and had affections for you
he doesn't tell you in a grand way
probably just asks you out to a movie or somethin
he's chillin
mondo owada
you know
for being the biggest, baddest, most respected biker gang leader
or just for being in a biker gang period
mondo’s a huge softie lol
yeah he gets violent but he’s a sweet guy who cares about and is loyal to his friends
so mfs need to be nice to you
or they gettin whooped
when he decides it’s time to tell you how he feels, he thinks over his words and he’s all confident there’s no way you’d reject him but then he sees you in the halls and goes 🧍🏾 LMFAOOO
he’ll push through but it’s like he’ll walk up to you and look away from you because he refuses eye contact and just go
“so y/n, would you wanna.. tch.. come to a drive-in movie with me or somethin’?... dumbass.”
real smooth mondo i think you got em good job
please tease him LMFAOO it’d be so funny
he’d probably yell but you can tell he’s not mad so you just keep going with it
but once you’re done tormenting him, you do agree to the movie, don’t worry 🙏🏾
also mondo would call his s/o doll
that is all
chihiro fujisaki
my fav dude in a dress <3
chihiro would be quite shy, but that’s just how he is tbh so no surprise there
he’s very kind so he’d check up on you often just to see how you are
he cares about you v much
the way he confesses is one that consists of a red face as he offers you a box of candy or something similar
and he’d feel honored that you reciprocate his feelings
he’d be very scared to tell you his secret but once he does, he’s delighted to hear it doesn’t make any difference to you
he doesn’t know how he got so lucky with you
not only because woooo they like me back but also because you like him despite,, well everything about him LMFAOO
sweet lil boy
i’d feel like he’d talk about you to alter ego a lot
and when u meet the program for the first time, he’s like “oh! you must be [name]! master’s told me all about you :)”
sobbing i miss him
kiyotaka ishimaru
okay here’s the thing
if taka were to like someone
i can’t tell whether he’d be more strict because he doesn’t want them to get in trouble (and also so it would hopefully divert any suspicion that he DOES like you since he treats you the same as everyone else, only more)
or if he’d hold back more because he favors them LMFAOO
so imma write a lil bit for both
in the case that he was even stricter:
he’d prefer to be around you because he believes the best way he can make sure you stay out of trouble is to make sure you don’t get into any in the first place
of course it’s impossible to monitor you every second of every day but he does his best to make sure you’re doing well
if he sees you do anything out of line, he’s shutting that shit down IMMEDIATELY
but in the case he let up:
he’d still lecture you but noticeably less than the other students
if your feet were resting on top of a desk, he’d ask you to move them and then leave you alone rather than yell at you and forcibly move them himself
if you notice his behavior towards you in comparison to the other students do not tease him about it he will go as red as his eyes /hj
either way he’s confessing to you with a polite but exaggerated bow while holding out a well thought out letter with both hands
sayaka maizono
she will tell you
idk why but i feel like she’d be straight up lol
she’d make sure she’s sincere
she is the ultimate pop idol and all so she wants to make sure you know that she really does like you and isn’t playing a sick joke on you or anything
ok bc
while i do think she’d tell you
i’d feel like she’d be a little indirect just to see how you feel
like she’d give you a free ticket to one of her upcoming concerts with a kind smile
and naturally, you're like :o
and of course you come to support her
and seeing you smile at her from the crowd and cheer her on was the encouragement she needed to push her to ask you out
for real this time
she asks if you wanna come to a concert with her and ur like “oh yeah i love ur shows!!” bc ur dumb and then she’s like “no i mean.. for another artist” and eventually it hits you that she’s asking you out and ur like “oH YEAH YEAH SURE THAT SOUNDS GREAT YEAH OK” LMFAOO
———
i really hope that this is good LMFAOO this is my first time writing for dr so 😃👍🏾
fun fact i finished toko’s section first and taka’s last 😁😁
and i’d like to thank @mius-imagination @bloodygir n the rest of the discord for helping me figure some of these characters out *simultaneously whips and nae naes*
bye ive been working on this for like weeks this took forever

I hope you’ll like it!♥ Let me know what you think please! Love ya!
AND I DEDICATE IT TO @deidaraakasuna, U KNOW WHY♥♥♥
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Geidai.
The world-famous Fine Arts Academy, located in one of the most charming corners of Tokyo.
A place that growing artists dream about, perceiving it as a mystical land of inspiration and creativity (until they see sculpture students playing with their own Pony ponies).
The university to get to is a high-class feat, usually drenched in liters of alcohol and liters of tears in a later hangover. After all, who wouldn't get drunk on this occasion?
I smiled at the vague memories as I unpacked my breakfast and shook my head fondly. Basically, this sentimental feeling of being an old woman with a bunch of grandchildren has accompanied me since the beginning of my sophomore year, when I watched the freshmen roaming the corridors in sweet ignorance of their fate. Fortunately or not, this intoxicating state faded into non-existent at the end of the first semester as the session approached. And it just so happened that it was just approaching, breaking the will to fight along the way and magically depriving the students of creative inspiration, the one necessary - as you can easily guess - to pass half a year at a group of charming leaders.
My gloomy eyes followed the classroom. Outside the corridor window, visible through the open door, a bird chirped merrily. The weather was beautiful - a typical Japanese spring. The cherries were blooming, scattering fragrant white-pink petals around, and I was rotting at the epicenter of All Evil, like a condemned man aware of what was about to happen. And which happened cyclically twice a week, because my goddamn ambition pushed me to apply for this equally damned university. And so I redeemed my sins before I died, regretting abandoning the idea of self-improvement in the privacy of my modest (but equipped with a kettle and toaster!) Apartment. What more could you want?
I shoved a huge piece of bread in my mouth, which I chewed for five minutes before he graciously wanted to squeeze through my esophagus. A dry mouth like this meant only one thing: my brain finally picked up the information that puppetry classes were about to begin. For my despairing amusement, everyone was rushing to their seats, with shaking hands shoving paints, chisels, and the rest of the necessary utensils out of their bags, as if someone's life depended on the speed of their perfect arrangement on the table. I felt a sudden urge to laugh out loud.
If asked about the reason why the very thought of puppetry gave the vast majority of students sudden symptoms of delirium and depression, the answer would be simple, concise, and more eloquent than the potency pill ads: Hell Cerberus aka Sasori Akasuna. Officially - a lecturer in a terribly heavy and hated subject; in fact - the walking essence of the deepest pits of hell. What was it about him that wherever he went - everyone immediately cut off discussions and silly games? Well, the puppetry professor not only carefully nurtured the art of being laconic, cynical and ruthless. He was devilishly intelligent, even more talented and vindictive and possesive a tons of sophisticated sarcasm, which he liked to apply with the greatest pleasure to me.
The bell rang. Everyone but me jumped up immediately and Akasuna entered the classroom. As always: in a perfectly matched shirt, elegant pants, a perfectly knotted tie and an equally perfect boredom on the face.
I reluctantly swallowed the rest of my bun, limiting myself to lazily lifting my ass off the chair and making a painful expression. Anyway, I was a loser at the outset, so I saw no point in putting on a similar play as the others, which only maked him sastisfied more. I clenched my fists automatically. Not this time, man!
The professor walked slowly towards the cathedral by stairs, giving the impression of a man who scrupulously and deeply don't care for this worldly place and time. And perhaps I would even fall for his 'dun-give-a-shit' play, if I had not been marked by his hatred from the very first class. And yet, it's not like I did something to him, oh no. I was simply not susceptible to his mental puppet strings, so I stubbornly disagreed with him on the essence of the art. For him, the highest dimension of beauty were - horror of horrors - goofy make-uped puppets; for me, the art was much less crude carving in plastic materials, where every little movement could fix or spoil everything. And the wood? It was too patient, too tough, hard to work with, unresponsive to the tender touch of trained hands, and it had splinters ...
Everything happened according to the established order. Akasuna checked the attendance, gave an excruciatingly boring spiel about our laziness and talentlessness (noting that exams were coming up), and then had everyone make an individual puppet design. I groaned woefully like the rest of them, reluctantly reaching into my bag for a sketchbook and a set of pencils.
I loved nothing so much as wasting my time gouging dolls. To my left, a class idiot Tobi, wrapped in an orange and black scarf almost under his nose, looked at me as if I was a revelation of heavens.
"Don't even try," I said, feeling what was happening." We'll be kicked out both."
The guy made cat eyes, but said nothing more, and I went to work. I was drawing the lines in concentration, letting my mind wander along the definitely nice tracks, and in the end I turned off mind for good. And I would have been drawing in peace so I'd probably have finished this stupid task if that black-haired moron at the desk next to mine had not disturbed me with his grunts accompanying his neck stretching towards my work.
It was the end of my composure. I lifted my head from the project and cursed him to the next five generation, supporting my words with a discreet but well-hit kick. There was a muffled groan.
"Kawamoto, shall you explain me what are you doing?" I immediately heard the distinctive, bored tone of his voice and stiffened on my chair.
The professor was standing a few steps away from me, eyebrows raised and hands folded across his chest.
"Should I take you to the playground?"
"I'm trying to work, professor," I grunted, holding back the appropriate retort and wondering how the heck did he materialized at my desk.
"Good choice of words, indeed." The corner of his mouth curled up in a cynical smile. "Then be that kind and continue your trials in peace, unless you prefer to try at another university."
I felt my blood flooding. Tobi inhaled loudly, knowing what awaited him at the break, and Akasuna leisurely returned to the cathedral, occasionally glancing at me with hideous satisfaction.
I hated him. I hated him most sincerely and most earnestly, with particular emphasis on his physicality, which, despite the sadistic nature, made most of the female students' knees soften and their tongues tangled. Because exactly! He wasn't just a psychopath. He was a disgustingly handsome psychopath who was well aware of this fact and was not embarrassed to make use of it.
Unfortunately, it happened that he accidentaly found out about my moderate interest in the opposite sex, and from that moment he enjoyed torturing me with himself, perfectly guessing my preferences and weaknesses.
"May you rot in these shavings," I drawled under my breath, sticking a pencil on a blank sheet of paper and tracing a busty doll in a ballerina costume on it, with revenge paints 'Miss Sasori' on her exposed ass. And I would probably enjoy this piece of finest art until the end of the class, if I hadn't realized what my "blank sheet" was and why I just sentenced myself to death. I scribbled a porn image of the puppetry professor on the outline.
The bell rang.
"I would like to remind you that today we have the deadline for submitting the presentation plans to pass," his voice occurred to me as if through a fog.
Did I really hoped it would end well? With my heart pounding in the chest, I tore the rubber band out of my pocket, trying to erase the traces of my crime, as I caught above me the distinctive smell of his perfume.
"It was especially to you, Kawamoto," he announced icily, slipping the battered paper out from under my hands with a nimble movement.
He attached it to the stack of papers he held, without even glaring at it, and left me sitting at the desk with a silent scream of terror on my face.

FEATURE: Giving Thanks for Kyoto Animation
Hello everyone, and welcome back to Why It Works. Have you caught the new trailer for Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid Season 2? The world has changed massively since Kyoto Animation last produced a TV anime, and it frankly took the viewing of a genuine, fully animated trailer to convince me they’ve returned. The Kyoto Animation fire was a tragedy beyond imagining, an attack on a studio that helped inspire my own passion for animation, and the world of animation has been darker without their presence. While I still mourn the many brilliant creators we’ve lost, I’m thankful the studio is carrying on their legacy — and with Dragon Maid now on the horizon, I’m realizing anew just how much joy they’ve brought to me and how much hope they still inspire in me regarding the future of anime. Today I’d like to share some of the reasons and memories that make me thankful for Kyoto Animation, and I encourage you all to share some of your own!

The first time I became aware of Kyoto Animation as a distinct studio was during the airing of Chuunibyou, almost ten years ago. I was working an unsatisfying job at the time, commuting into the city to proofread wellness and self-help books, then commuting back to my parents’ house. One of my sources of joy in that quasi-adult stasis was the thought of the next Chuunibyou episode waiting for me as I rode the train home in the dark. The show possessed a seemingly effortless cohesion of animation and art design, and what’s more, it was genuinely hilarious — while most anime failed to get a giggle out of me, Chuunibyou’s comedic timing seemed beyond mortal comprehension. I enjoyed the show so much that it actually inspired me to first start writing about anime and sharing my thoughts about storytelling on reddit.
The next Kyoto Animation property to really grab my heart was Sound! Euphonium. By the time Euphonium arrived, anime writing was more than an idle passion of mine; I’d established my own blog and was lucky enough to write about it weekly for Anime News Network. Euphonium helped to both sharpen my own critical abilities, and also pin down what I truly love about anime in the first place. The show embodied my artistic passions: thoughtful, intimate character drama, a strong focus on private emotions, and a gorgeous fusion of cinematography and animation, such that the feelings of the characters are visually, viscerally clear. As someone whose formal education was focused solely on prose fiction, it was shows like Sound! Euphonium that made me fall in love with visual storytelling, too.

From there, I was hooked on Kyoto Animation and started diving back into the rest of their catalog. I’d seen Hyouka before, but watching it now, with an eye trained by years of media criticism, was a genuinely revelatory experience. Hyouka is quite simply a masterpiece, one of the grand treasures not just of Kyoto Animation’s catalog, but of animation as a whole. The show embodies a profound synthesis of cinematography, animation, and emotional intent, with each frame implying hidden icebergs of subtext, character history, and thematic contrast. Yasuhiro Takemoto was one of anime’s greatest directors, and while it’s painful to see Maidragon continuing without his presence, I can only feel thankful for the grand legacy he has left us.
While Takemoto was Hyouka’s overall director, the very process of rewatching Hyouka helped me to better understand what a collaborative process anime production is, and how much individual animators and episode directors can contribute to a work. While it can be tempting to attribute some work’s greatness to the talent of a studio overall, studios are fluid and nebulous constructs, even when you set aside how many of the medium’s talents are purely freelance or conscripted only for specific projects. With Kyoto Animation’s in-studio school, fully salaried workforce, and generally collaborative culture, their works tend to feel a bit more cohesive than most — but even among their talented and synergistic team, it was impossible to deny the talent of Naoko Yamada.

It took me longer than it should have to clue into Yamada’s greatness, given her early directorial successes were slice of life projects like K-On! K-On! initially seemed like it wouldn’t appeal to me at all — after all, as I said, my journey began in pure narrative fiction, and K-On! seemed almost willfully anti-narrative. But while watching it, I began to realize just how many stories are being told every day, every moment, in the smallest pauses and tiniest human interactions. K-On! brings these tiny, precious moments to life, emphatically declaring that ordinary life with people you love is a story well worth celebrating. By the end of its second season, I was bawling alongside its characters, unable to let their stories go.
Since then, Yamada has ascended to the stars, directing a series of feature films that are all fantastic in their own way, but which have culminated in the utterly sensational Liz and the Blue Bird. From the film’s opening moments, you know you’re in for something special. With its incredibly precise sound design, palpably anxious cinematography, and gorgeous character acting, it builds an entire emotional landscape, inviting you to truly see the world from the eyes of its lonely heroine. Liz is perhaps the most delicate, carefully observed film I’ve seen, and its brilliance has inspired me to follow Yamada’s own journey — to explore the peaks and valleys of film at large and bring those influences and insights back to animation.
Great art is never a finish line. Great art is a journey, a source of encouragement, an open door leading to even more inspiring art experiences. It is a statement of high praise to say that some work inspired you to seek out more art, and Kyoto Animation’s works have instilled that feeling in me again and again, constantly pushing me to explore more widely, and engage more deeply. Through their works, I have come to love art more fiercely than ever, and appreciate just how much thought and passion goes into the works I love. I’m forever thankful to all of their generous artists for this gift, and happy beyond words to see them returning to feature production. They are a bright light in an often harsh world, and I pray for the best for all of them.

[Trans] Tohoshinki’s Interview for JP Magazine 『anan』Comeback Special (Released 171018)
YH: (Looking at Changmin) We are in bromance lately, right? In old days, we were really shy about crossing our arms or placing one’s arm around each other’s shoulders, so we don’t have many pictures like that…but these days we are doing something like that a lot. CM: Yes, we are doing business while being really friendly to each other! (laugh)
– Were you able to see each other on occasions? CM: Sometime I gave YH a call and asked him out to have meal together or we went out with our managers to have a cup of teas. Not too often. every once in awhile.
– When did you feel like calling YH or did you miss YH? CM: wait a second.. that sounds like we are lovers, right? It is not like that. It is more like, I wonder how YH has been doing? I want to talk to him about work. something like that. its not like “I wanna hear YH’s voice♡ i miss him♡”. YH: Yes, yes. We love women! But when I watch our juniors being on stage on TV, or when I hear them saying that they wish to become like TVXQ, I realize…the road that I have been walking with Changmin is not a wrong one and I missed Changmin terribly.
Yunho
I have some artistic hobbies. I get Thai massage for relaxing.
For these two years, I was able to have some private time and I found more hobbies. Right now, I am so much into remaking clothes. I bring my own design to a shop and ask them to make it into real. For example, I remake a T-shirt into a pouch bag, or I make a bag out of basket ball leather by installing a zipper. I enjoy my own arrangement. Do I have a good taste? well I am not too confident (laugh). But my stylist(s) like my idea! I get complement like “I did not expect this but you have a good taste”. People often says that I am not a typical blood type A person, but when I design something, I think I can take advantage of my blood type A delicate personality. In order to stimulate my artistic brain, I’ve started to visit museums. I also love to draw words that popped up in my head using pop fonts. I add some lines, or draw them upside down, I play with characters/fonts by designing them. A little after I look them back, I can think about what was in my mind back then, and these may serve as my diary/journal. For example, I wrote down “TVXQ (The english name of Tohoshinki)”
When I want to relax, I have a Thai massage. When a masseur gives me a Thai massage, he/she kneads my knotted muscle and release the stress not only from my body but also from my soul, and I feel totally refreshed. He/she tells me where my muscles are tight, and I also learn how to give a massage. Do I give a massage to Changmin? I am a bit shy to do that. Well, when my skills have improved, I can give one to him, perhaps Sorry, I was being a bit condescending (laugh).
Q: Can you tell me how Changmin-san will be in 10 years from now? YH: Changmin has strong desire to be a dad. So I think in 2027, he must be married and has become a dad. In old days, I thought that Changmin would be a very strict dad, but Changmin these days makes me think that he will be a kind dad and he gets along with his other dads. I guess he will ask him to look after his kid sometimes (laugh). Of course, I anticipate that he will be working hard as Tohoshinki and also as an actor. I think he will be enjoying his fantastic/attractive life where he shows many talents.
Q. Can you tell us how Yunho-san will be in 10 years from now?
CM: I think he will be just like he is now. Yunho stays as Yunho for these two years. Usually people would change after being away for two years from the stardom. One may have changed in his way of thinking or his sense of values. But Yunho remains very passionate, kind and has very positive aura. Under any circumstances, Yunho is Yunho. Nothing can affect him. This part of him, I really think that he is really cool. He is sticking to his original plan. Yunho is a man like that. I think to me, Yunho will still be like my family in 10 years from now.
Changmin
I guess the “tsundere” part of me has reduced.
{t/n: “tsundere” is a term used to describe girls that are cold and strict at first or in public, but becomes all lovey-dovey when they are alone together.}
My most concern right now is about my hair style. I envy my staffs who have longer hair than me or I look at my old pictures and think that I love the length of my hair back then. Its not like that I hate my short hair now.. but rather I am a bit embarrassed. My hairstyle is also part of the “style” that I work as Tohoshinki so I want to grow my hair a bit longer and have some style. I just resumed my activity so it is about how I can change my mind. For being away from the entertainment world, I wanted to learn a lot from my colleagues that I lived together, and it was an opportunity to think about who I am. The first thing that I thought is, I want to be kind to others a bit more (laugh). I guess the “tsundere” part of me has reduced.
Right now, I am trying myself to read books. My seniors (mentors) told me, “In books, you can expose yourself to the unknown world. The more books you read, the more knowledge/global sense you gain.” Their words are very true. I am reading books as if I am giving myself rewards. It may be reflecting inner myself that I want to evolve myself.. want to make a big change in me.
What did I buy recently? Well, I thought about what I want to buy after being discharged. But my schedule was already fixed immediately so I cannot have time to buy anything big.. a couple of everyday/casual clothes… When I think about that, I should have bought more expensive clothes (laugh). In any case, right now, every single work is very important for me. I am getting aware how grateful I am (that I can work).
Changmin:
“I missed the heat, breaths and sweat in our live show. Right now, I am truly enjoying to get back together and restart our activities.”
Yunho:
“This is another turning point for us. I feel strongly that we can make a huge step up the ladder.”

Shawn Mendes x Reader
words: 1351

„Hey guys“, you greeted your fans through the screen. “Is everything okay? Can you hear me?” Immediately the comments were flooded, telling you that everything was working. “Okay good, how are you guys? Long time since my last livestream.”
When you were little you had discovered your love for singing and a few years ago you started doing covers on YouTube. Soon people became aware of you and you did a few collaborations with a few artists like Bea Miller or Zedd and so you already built up a little fanbase, and every once in a while you made livestreams for them, like on this day.
You asked what you should sing and after some Ed Sheeran songs and “Sorry” by Justin Bieber one comment caught your eye. “Treat you better by Shawn Mendes,” it said. You heard the song many times before so it was no problem for you. While you were singing, you got that idea and you changed the lyrics a little and made a girl version of it. The fans seem to like it.
“Better than she can,” you finished the song. In your opinion, it was the best cover today and your fans loved it too. It was already late and it was a good ending to your livestream so you dismissed yourself from your fans and turned off your laptop. You went to sleep, without a hunch of what tomorrow would bring.
You woke up early in the morning. You got yourself ready and made some breakfast. You sat at the table while checking your phone and you almost spilt your cereals when you saw it. You twitter was exploding with messages. “Omg please collaborate @y/n @shawnmendes” “@y/n this would be so amazing please make it happen! “ “My two faves @y/n @shawnmendes “ “@y/n Shaaaawnnn <3 “. At first, you had no idea what all these people were talking, but soon you understood what was all that about when you saw tweets by Shawn Mendes. A fan posted your treat you better cover and he answered to it. “This is amazing. I love your voice and it would be great to work with you @y/n” He also had started following you.
You were amazed and extremely happy that he saw it and liked it. His words made you smile and you were proud of yourself, since Shawn was an amazing artist and to hear that he loved your voice was an incredible compliment. You didn´t know what kind of person Shawn was and you didn´t know if he was being serious about working with you so you texted him. You hadn´t much hope that he would really see it, but after about two hours you got back a message from him. To your question, if he really would like to work with you, he replied that he definitely wasn´t joking and that he would love to.
From time to time you texted with him, you talked with him about his and your music and how you two could assemble it. He was on tour but he promised you that as soon as he would find time you two would meet to work on something.
After three months you finally found time. You were nervous. Of course, you already did collaborations but you never really wrote a whole song together with one of them, but with Shawn you would. You met at his little studio in Toronto, where he worked when he was at home and he already waited on the door when you arrived. “It´s great to see you,” he said after he welcomed you with a hug. “I´m glad we finally found some time.” He went into the next room and you followed him. About 10 guitars hung on the wall and a keyboard and a microphone stood next to a desk on whom his laptop with headphones was placed. The room was decorated with nice lamps and tapestries, who made look everything comfortable. Shawn took a seat on his chair and you sat opposite from him on the couch. You talked a little but soon he showed you what song he was writing on, or rather which ideas he had for it. He wanted to make it a duet so he needed you to help him.
You spent the whole day writing lyrics and experimenting with melodies on the keyboard. Shawn and you got along very well, of course you worked hard but there were also a lot of funny moments were you two just laughed about stupid things you said or did, and at the end of the day you had almost half of the song.
The next day was the same. Before midday you drove to Shawn to finish the song. You worked again the whole day and after some more exhausting hours the song was practically finished. Shawn sat next to you, watching you while you wrote the last line of the lyrics on paper. “Finished” you smiled at Shawn who looked at you with shining eyes. “We made it," he said and raised his hand so you could high-five him. It were long two days and you were tired (believe it or not, songwriting is exhausting) but you felt so proud and happy, you didn´t mind.
“Thank you so much for your collaboration. The song wouldn´t be as good as it is now without you. We´re a good team” Shawn said while he put the food, which he ordered to celebrate your work, on the table. “Yes we are. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to work with you.” You smiled and helped him packing out the Chinese boxes. It was summer so you two sat outside on the patio, enjoying your food and talking. You told him about your family and how excited your mother was when she heard that you would make a song with him and how your brother told her she was totally overreacting because he didn´t know Shawn. “No offence, but he´s into a different kind of music. He didn´t even like the songs I wrote …” “But they´re great!” he said, referring to some ideas about songs you showed him earlier. “You think so?” “Yes, I do. They aren´t perfect but they are a very good start and you have talent. You showed that today and yesterday.” You weren´t sure about that. You had a few songs, but you aren´t really content with it so you never published them but you had to promise Shawn that you will write more and that he will be the first one to hear when you have something.
Shawn told you about his family and his career as well. He told you funny stories about him and his friends when they were younger, and you almost spit out your food because you couldn´t stop laughing, and Shawn wasn´t doing much better. “Man I miss them.” He said with a sad smile after you two calmed down. “Don´t you see them anymore? “ He shrugged. “Rarely. They are all at colleges and I´m barely at home so it´s hard.” You looked at him. “At least you have real friends, which is more than you can say for me.” So you told him about your bad experiences with your “friends” and the conversation turned into a different direction, but you didn´t mind. Of course, you like to hear funny stories, but who doesn´t love deep conversations about life and discuss your problems with a good friend, sitting outside till midnight? This was when you realised that you really found a friend in Shawn. He wasn´t the ´famous guy you work with´ anymore, he was Shawn, a person you knew already after two days so well like none of your other workmates. Quasi overnight you two turned into close friends and you loved that you finally found someone you could open up again. You were sure, this wasn´t the last song you wrote together with him.
