so so weird how after i had to argue with the disability ministry lady to allow me to upload documents online (i don't have a printer? we're in a fucking pandemic? your software glitch is not my problem? i've already had covid twice i'm not going into your office??) and waiting a full 24 hours for her to send me the link to upload said documents she STILL hasn't. so weird
