was talking to a friend about how torchwood had no HR or boundaries at all and like. honestly. yeah what a toxic working environment. to put it mildly (w/o even considering the constant suicide-inducing, existential-dread fueling missions).
but tbh i've been thinking now that... the more time passes and the more UNIT grows / militarizes / institutionalizes, and the scrappier torchwood gets... the more i root for torchwood before unit lol
i bet you UNIT has an HR. but they're also hiring kids and also probably killing migrant aliens off-screen.
