When doing some research for ProCon3, I came across this really lovely website.

I really like the way the pages slide up on top of each other as you scroll and the way the navigation menu drops down at a certain scroll point.

Velvet Media is an Italian, design and media communication company. This is there sleek and stylish portfolio website that describes their company goals and deliverable's whilst showcasing their work.

I personally appreciate this stylistic yet minimalist approach to web design and feel it is something I'd like to consider for my personal portfolio design. I have always used a stylistic and grid like, straight edge appearance when doing web and layout design, and find this style more aesthetically pleasing than most. However I need to also consider my other strengths and styles to ensure I resemble myself and my work accurately. 

Currently, It is seemingly fashionable, especially among the design industry to use a Parallax Scroll, which is also something I have always enjoyed. I find it more interactive and attractive.

I would like to use this method of page scrolling and portfolio showcase to achieve this interactivity and modern style but in a more concise way, using a shorter page but still longer than the average classic web page. I would also like to make it even more minimalist than this design.
