The one called "vektorix" mentioned wanting to pay you for your effort, which begs one question- what do you do for a living?

Freelance. Basically, doing the same thing i do here, but in a less artistic way

Still trying to figure out how this life works.

It’s different than the movie - centers on time traveler Kitty Pryde rather than Wolverine, and it’s short - only two issues. It also marks the end of the awesome Claremont/Byrne story team, as Byrne left the series after the next issue…

Different is fine, I’ve read Age of Ultron. Pity it’s so short though. I’ve really got to read more X-Men, they’re so good

In July 2006 I was in San Francisco and had to drive to Carmel-by-the-Sea for a wedding. In the city, it was 15C. I stopped for gas in Gilroy and it was 45C. In Carmel it was 25C. Temperature whiplash all within 2 hrs…

How does that work? That sounds ridiculous. The weather was obviously broken.

A bit of an update, I’ve even tried just making a playlist and putting just that song on there, and checking it to be synced to my phone, and still nothing. I’m not sure if I’m doing something or if it’s iTunes. My iTunes has been notorious for not letting me put music on it, though.

I get 90-120 minutes of that every week. But since it's right before bed all i have to do is crawl 15 feet…

Capaldi’s debut was the weakest episode in what has been a strong season so far. Character bits were good, but the plot was a mess. Eleventh Hour was a better debut, but so far Capaldi is good…

Eleventh Hour was such an amazing debut, it's one of my favorite episodes. I went into it feeling reeeeeally uncertain about Matt Smith, but that lasted all of thirty seconds. This one was...definitely a mess, yeah. 

I meant to make more progress on catching up today, but I'm about to start the second episode!

Christmas in July

Happy happy, Karis-the-fangirl, I’m your Frozen Secret Santa!! 

You had quite a variety of prompts and ideas, one of which was: “Kristanna sketches (just about anything—hugging and kissing is excellent, racier things are also excellent, but just their cute faces is equally excellent!)” I came up with an idea, and so here it is!!

I had originally intended to do this digitally, with my new Wacom, but the arm pain that has dogged me all month made the time crunch to get it finished really tight. SOOOOO, you’re going to get TWO presents…this first hand drawn version, and then the full-color version with background and additional details (such as a campfire, discarded clothing, maybe even a holiday reindeer?), as soon as I can complete it!! But since I didn’t want to miss the end of Secret Santa time, consider this a teaser!

This was much fun to draw - I had heard Kristoff was difficult to get right, but he proved to be easier than Anna, probably because her profile couldn’t be as exaggerated as it is in the animation. But I am pretty happy with how this looks, and I hope you are too!!!
