A Pink Scarf/Pink Carnation (Gwen/???)
Well, here she was. Dressed up in a different dress and a pink scarf. She found it buried in the back of her closet. It must have been there for years, probably from when she was a kid. Now she would be easy to find for her date.
Of course, she had work to do first. It was convenient that she was to meet them at the race track. She brought her outfit in with her duffelbag and went about her business until it was closing time. A bit of perfume helped a tad with the smell of horses and sweat--or at least she hoped so.
So, she sat on the railing of the track. As she waited, Gwen imagined. She imagined riding around the track, Millie and herself moving as one. Oh, the feeling she got from riding. It was just enough to hide her fear of what might happen with meeting her “one true love”. Deep down, she knew that didn’t exist and, even more so, she had never done anything to provoke a one true love within her; or made someone else feel it about her, for that matter. She continued to imagine, losing herself in the feeling of it.
#am I doing this right?!#I mean I know who I'm teamed up with so I don't know if I should tag them or not#should I tag them just in case?#00a pink carnation scarf#vaxllance#gwens ootd#you can ignore it if you want? SORRY FOR ALL THE TAGS! ;w;

bad manners || lest & raven

What a pretty shop. The thought comes to Raven’s mind right when she steps into Carnation’s. She had planned to do some window shopping, but on second thought, it wouldn’t hurt to buy a few packets of seeds. She does have an old pot and leftover soil back home.
After grabbing her third packet, she quickly goes to look for her fourth. It’s been awhile since she had bought something for herself and she’s actually having a bit of fun while doing so. No wonder the rich always buy too many things, Raven thinks. It really brings a strange satisfaction.
However, she hesitates as she has her fingers hovering over a packet of marigold seeds. Her eyes darts to the aquilegia seeds, that also have the same appeal, but she can only take one more. She stands there quietly-- just staring at her two options-- but she’s debating in her mind on which to bring home.
