Not technically a lookbook, but when I saw the Office Party theme for the @vanillafreezerbuns​ Holiday Edition Lookbook Challenge, I knew what I needed to do... and then promptly took it about 20 steps further. 😂 And now every time I look at this, I tear up because it makes me that freaking happy.

Full disclosure: I did a lot of tweaking to make these guys look right to me, but I started with some fantastic sims off the gallery and want to give full credit! 

Pam Beesly by ian8000 — I did quite a bit of fiddling here to get the uncertain eyes and soft-yet-square jaw I associate with Pam.

Angela Martin by meghanalysse — out of everyone, I changed her the least! Just clothes and hair and smaller eyes. (Seriously, so spot-on!) I’m not sure Angela would ever deign to wear a reindeer hat but, sadly, there are no Sugarplum fairy wands in-game—yet. 

Jim Halpert and Dwight Schrute by @orangestripedcat — they have fantastically caricature-ish versions of the entire The Office cast (and so many other celebrities). I dialed both of their features down quite a bit because realism, but kept Dwight’s too-small nose and, of course, that Nixon-y nose on Jim.

Any excuse to make a sim to look like the King himself, I decided he would be the most fitting for Christmas in Vegas, for the lookbook challenge by Vanillafreezerbuns. You can find it here. I highly recommend this challenge, it was A LOT of fun! The next time I’ll make a true lookbook, I just couldn’t resist the urge to be extra for VEGAS.

It’s Almost October, so have part 1 of my sim dump: ALIENS. Spolier, part 2 is vampires.

They are 100% CC free (I didn’t even have my defaults on for these pictures!) All of them require GTW and one or two packs on their own. Feel free to dress them up though, @ me if you do! Also, Hellen is an adult, but you can age her down if you like.

👽 Kertson knows every human language, including a few that have died out due to an obsession with Earth literature in his formative years. He still doesn’t like most humans, but the need to write is greater than himself. (Pets, S)

👽 Azize doesn’t care for inter-species politics, she just wants to dance, man. But, to keep her dream job as a fitness instructor, she has to go undercover as a human like every day and it’s really stifling. (GT, S)

👽 Hellen is a high-ranking alien diplomat, and she helps other aliens new to Earth get acclimated. It’s like...the Sixam embassy. She’s gotten very comfortable and would hate to leave her kids, both her actual ones and all the ones she’s come to care for. (CL, V)

👽 Elliot is a bit of a dork. All he does is sit home and play video games, a far cry from the esteemed pilot position he just got back home. He thinks human food sucks and sticks to the least offensive of it.  (BN, MH)

Just a clueless questions here, you mention that vanillafreezerbuns blog did reblog stuff that contain minimal cc sometimes. However, I read their rules it has to be (please correct me if i wrong) 100% vanilla. "No cc whatsoever, which also includes no skin or eye defaults. Whatever is included in the game is what the creator uses." After your post I'm a little bit confused, does this mean the blog reblog the post based on its tags or they really checking before reblogging?

Here’s the answer to that question from their faq :D

Can I use mods and still be considered vanilla?

Yes and no, honestly, this depends on the player and YOUR personal preference. Of course, it falls under the No CC part of vanilla … but to some vanilla players mods folder would just contain the Resource.cfg file. If you need to use a lighting mod, Master Command Center, things of this nature, it does not discount your vanilla status to us!

@vanillafreezerbuns has reblogged some of my content before. Not all, some. I believe they do check the tag and depending on the photo they’ll reblog it. For example, with editing - it could be hard to determine if a simmer has used a default replacement skin or not. Some vanilla simmers will use an eye shine remover and everything else is from the game. Well, an eye shine remover is technically cc. But they’ll reblog that because truthfully the game still looks and feels vanilla. In recent days, I see more true vanilla screenshots being reblogged which is awesome because 100% vanilla simmers are so rare to find! I definitely do not want you to think they’re misleading, because they aren’t. Still a great blog to follow ! 🌻
