I've a few questions about your van. How do you survive without a bathroom and kitchen? And how do you shower? How will you continue with your Tshirt business while on the road during the summer?
ok so for the bathroom- we don’t have to survive without a bathroom lol, it takes a little bit of creativity but you can still have all the comforts that you’d normally have at home. you can buy mobile camping toilets or build a compost toilet yourself, or you can just take a shit in the woods and pee in a container at night, or you can have a small bucket with biodegradable bags to poop in if you’re in a public area or something, it just takes a little bit of adjustment. also if you don’t feel comfortable with any of that you can just go into a gas station or grocery store or something and use their washrooms there :)
for the kitchen- the van comes with a kitchen, it comes with a fridge, a propane 2 burner stove, cupboards and shelves and a sink too. but we are personally taking out the fridge because they vanagon fridges aren’t that efficient and we don’t really have anything that we need to keep cold 24/7, so shawn is just going to install shelving more for food storage, and then we are just going to get a cooler to keep our food cool :) we also aren’t going to cook in the van (it’s way too dusty in there and it just grosses me out and I prefer to cook outside in the fresh air), we are going to get a camp stove or whenever we’re in campsites we will just use their fire pits :) and we can use the sink to wash dishes and everything and we’ll put a dish drying rack where the stove is since we won’t be using that
for the shower- campsites usually have showers and a lot of towns have public showers that anyone can use for free. we are also getting a solar shower and you can also get road showers which is basically a giant solar shower, and you can also clean yourself in lakes and other bodies of water :)
for the t-shirts- there is tons of storage space in the van and we’ll be able to fit the t-shirts into the cabinets in the van. whenever we need to make packages we can use our phones if we have data and if not we’ll just go to an area that has free wifi and park there while we make packages. there are post offices in every single town so that’s not an issue at all, we will just send the packages from whatever post office is closest to us in the area we are staying in.
hope that all makes sense! if you have any more questions just ask :)

What do you think regressed Loki likes to do on birthday?
• opening presents, of course! you can never have too many books, or extra stuffies for that matter!
• snuggle in with his caregiver (thor, mobius, etc.) by the fire with a morning bottle and a storybook. He may be high energy, but Loki loves a slow morning.
• a walk to explore, collect odds and ends (flowers, rocks, maybe a nice stick or two) and perhaps even visit a friend(the Valkyrie?) ! if he’s lucky, they’ll offer him a sweet treat for his special day!
• after lunch and a nap, he’ll goad his caregiver(s) into a number of games with his new toys before it’s time for the evening celebration!
• chocolate cake perhaps? or maybe even ice cream cake, though with the weather growing increasingly chilly, they may opt for the former.
• extra cuddles to end off the day, dozing off by the fire with a warm baba and nestled in with his brother…
what do you think he would get up to? what presents would he receive?
thank you for the ask <3

Hello!! Do you think that little Loki struggles a lot with nightmares leftover from his big thoughts? If so, what do his CGs do to help him calm down after? Do they have a routine that works best? I love your blog btw!
so sorry i’ve taken so long to reply!
i believe so, yes! i would like to delve a little more in the—hopefully near—future.
to answer your second question, it would depend on severity. sometimes he just needs a few cuddles and someone to stay with him till he falls back to sleep. the best part about being in his younger headspace, is that children have an easier time calming when they trust someone so unwaveringly. if Thor (or any caregiver, for that matter) says that’s it’s alright, that he’s safe, then he will almost always believe it without hesitation.
however, if said nightmare hits a little too hard (if we’re going by my Ragnarok au, then perhaps his time with Thanos) then it make take a little more convincing. in this case we’ll assume his caregiver is Thor:
he would gently lift Loki from his crib, and sit with him for awhile, reminding him where he is, that’s big brother is there to take care of everything and keep him safe. to keep him from slipping into a bigger headspace, tell Loki how small he is, whisper about his favourite stuffies, the fun they were going to have when the sun rose; Brunnhilde would come over, they’d go for a morning walk while the weather was still warm. once Loki was breathing slow again, Thor would stand with his brother secure in his arms and take him to the kitchen to make a bottle, before settling in the rocker. Loki would be out before he could quite finish and, if necessary, Thor would give him a quick change before heading to his own room and tucking them both in to fall asleep to the sound of Loki suckling his pacifier, content once again.
and sometimes a nightmare will upset the whole day, leaving Thor with a clingy, anxious little brother. though as time goes on in their little village, those days grow few and far between, and Loki has always been good at bouncing back from a bad day, to laugh and play without reservation…
thank you for the ask!

I feel Loki would be the type of toddler to seemingly go missing, everyone start searching for her in the house and she's eventually found in the sweet cupboard
absolutely!! everyone would be looking around frantically and imagining the worst, then someone opens a closet and she's just sitting there suckling on a pacifier, playing with a stuffy and looking at their giving with absolute innocence.

Loki seems like she has many nightmares and so his big bro is well aware how to deal whit them
absolutely!! I intend to write a little more on this in the future, but even outside of regression I still headcanon him as a kid who struggled with nightmares and of course through to his adult life 'cause... come on, the guys been through a lot :,) But then, having the comfort of his big brother (or Mobius, for our Moby fans) will always settle him back down and remind him that he's safe and taken care of.
their routine:
let the baby have a little cry, of course. with some cuddles and kisses
then thor will pick him up and take him into the kitchen to warm up a half bottle of milk with honey and a pinch of cinnamon
clean up the little one’s snotty nose
wipe away any remaining tears and tuck him back into bed side by side
loki will suckle at his bottle while thor reads him a story. he’ll be back to sleep before the story ends…
thank you, anon <3

Hi! Have been wanting to ask, how attached do you think Loki is to his paci ? Does he get big watery doe eyes when it’s taken away? Is it an immediate soother for him or does he sometimes refuse it when he’s in a fussy mood? I just love the idea of him having little items like that that bring him comfort. And love your blog, as well!
100% attached! he is not happy if it’s taken away, even if it’s to be replaced with a bottle or teething ring. I think it would be an instant soother, though he would also be too stubborn to completely let up with his fussing, he wouldn’t be able to keep it up when his paci is so comforting. fussy before a nap? pacifier and he’s down within the minute. anxious? instantly calmed. the worst you could inflict on him is a cold, where his nose is too stuffy and he can only breathe through his mouth, therefore… no paci. those are the hardest times.
he would definitely have a favourite (I imagine a green one, of course) and if that particular one is lost… well, whoever is taking care of him is not going to have fun time.
thank you anon! I love questions like these <3

Aaa hello again! I'm so in love with your headcanons that I must return 😭🙏 How would little Loki act when she's ill and how would their carer(s) help?
ah okay, i must admit i want to write a sickfic so bad, ‘cause what is a fanfic writer’s “career” without one?
she would be so fussy, long nights trying to get her comfy without a bottle to take for fear of it coming back up
his favourite stuffy with him at all times
either "naked" all day (just a diap) or bedtime footie onesie all day. no in between, they will cry.
cuddles... so many cuddles. if thor isn't giving him cuddles, mobius is, if mobius isn't, sylvie is.
when his tummy settles, he gets a cookie.
she just wants to be carried.
outside time is still important (as long as it's not too cold), so thor and mobius will take him in a little stroller around the block. sometimes he'll get out for a little bit to investigate a cool leaf or flower growing between pavers.
ultimately he's just very tired though, so he'll be asleep by the time they're back home.
thank you kurt!! i love these, and anyone else feel free to add your own!!

Loki waking up to big bro Thor checking his diaper and he gets super cranky...he got woken up for this?!
He immediately starts whining and trying to turn over but thor has already started changing him, Loki is so mad, poor baby boy is so sleepy and thor is such a meanie!
Thor soothes him gently
"It's ok baby, it's ok...no need to be so grumpy, you can fall back asleep after this, hm?"
And Thor does finish changing him, and Loki falls back asleep with Thor gently rubbing his back
definitely a grumpy baby >:( if his beauty sleep is disturbed, he will 100% make his discontent known! even if it (as it usually is) is for his own good. I get stuck on a personal debate of which brother is a morning person, if either of them is, and I am very fond of the idea of loki hating early mornings whilst thor is up at the break of dawn, already rearing with that golden prince energy.
maybe they both hate early mornings though, who knows! if anyone would like to share their opinions, please do! I feed off of you guys' thoughts and opinions, so don't be shy :)
thank you anon <3

So you said that Loki doesn’t like wearing diapers. Can I get some more detail on that or some hcs?
(Diaper rashes, diapers vs pull-ups, patterned vs plain white, ect.)
It comes from an AU fic i’ve been working on for awhile, i won’t go too in depth for the sake of spoilers but:
he often cries when he needs a change, though it’s not because of his need for help doing so, but the reminder that he cannot in fact, go without diapers.
some days he will be more stubborn and thor will let him wear pull-ups instead, though he will usually spend the day on edge for fear of leaking. thor will always be nearby to take him for bathroom breaks.
thor will always check him (he has a strange intuition when it comes to changes), but on the odd occasion that loki realises before him, he usually won’t let himself stay wet for long because he hates discomfort—he’s a very sensitive boy. sometimes however, he will be stubborn enough to leave it for too long or simply won’t notice and he’ll get a rash. he’ll be a pretty grumpy boy for the rest of the day.
when thor discovers a snake patterned diaper and shows it to loki, it changes the game quite a bit. for the first time, loki is getting through changes without crying—perhaps not every time, but certainly an improvement.
despite his difficulties, he loves to run around the house in just a sweater—usually thor’s—and a nappy. it’s only when he realises he’s used it that he gets upset, but again, his favourite animal decorating them helps.

Is loki onec to trow tantrums?
yes, absolutely! i intend to write a lot of tantrums from him. being a toddler can be eternally frustrating: you can’t get your meaning across with the right words, therefore no one understands you, ergo, tantrum. i think he would also get in a snit about very small things too, like little ones often do.
his caregivers (thor, mobius or whoever), would likely just try to get him to a quiet, private place if they’re out and about. but if they’re at home, the best they can do is leave him to it and just make sure he doesn’t hurt himself in the process. by the end, he would undoubtedly be exhausted and would only want to curl up with his caregiver and have a bottle :)
thank you for the ask!

Hi again! Not sure if you’ve already said this before, and totally gimmi the link (if possible) if you have, but;
if Lil Loki was smol enough, would/does he use high chairs? Personally, I think he’d act a little grumpy and pretend that he doesn’t like it, but on the inside he indeed loves it :3
and if you’ve done any art like that, then I’ll have to search ur profile :P and if you haven’t, then I’d definitely recommend doing some! Lil Loki really warms my heart and reminds me that I can feel smol still :3
Tysm!
he definitely does! he’s only a small fella, and a messy one at that, so it’s very much a requirement for him.
I think at first he would hate it. Loki would have a particular hatred for being restricted in any way he doesn’t chose himself, so the first time is definitely a fight and he doesn’t even end up eating because he’s so fussy; Thor simply helps him out and gives him some cuddles to sooth him.
next time, Thor just sits him in his high chair with just a bottle as he reads a story to his little brother. Loki fusses again, but soon begins to calm and begins to nurse from his bottle. they do this a few times, before Thor tries at dinner time again.
Loki is a little anxious, but much more lenient than he was the first attempt. after some quiet time, where Thor sets their dinner down and idly chats, Loki calms and starts to take tentative nibbles at his fruit. he eats about half before he starts to fuss and ask for Thor’s attention, which he of course receives.
the next attempt is breakfast the next morning, and Loki finally eases into his chair and even eats all his food with little complaint, even taking a post-breakfast bottle. he gets extra cuddles and kisses for his efforts from his big brother and from then on its a lot easier. within the next few weeks, Loki settles into his routine and finds comfort in his high chair.
he even falls asleep in it after a particularly tiring day…

RANDOM HC INCOMING 🗣🗣‼️‼️🙏🙏
I don't know about you man but to me I see baby/toddler Loki to be quite a messy eater. Like, when big, he's expected to be this regal prince but when regressed you can just let him have her way with eating (but no doubt having to help her at somepoint 😨) which often leads to a milk or juice moustache so to speak and some food askew on the floor or high chair table 💀 At the end of the day though, they're happy being able to eat the way a child would and just be comfortable ^^
YES! I vouch for this headcanon, they are absolutely messy and a little menace! mobius and/or thor are always having to wipe his face and keep wipes on had (like with any toddler really) >:)

Heya dude!! Just thinking after seeing your tantrum post for baby Loki, how do you think he would act when sad or perhaps how others would help comfort them?
i’m being showered with fun questions ^^
when he’s sad, loki will sometimes just go hide somewhere and cry. not great when his caregiver finds him. other times he will go to them and tell them (in babbles) that he doesn’t feel well, but a lot of the time he will simply fall to the floor and wail. as someone who struggled with their frustration to the point of meltdowns, i can say that loki would lose it. poor baby would kick and scream and there would be little thor or mobius could do, save for waiting it out… and some belly rubs.
i think the best way to calm him down, and make him feel safe (once the worst has past anyway) is to carry him. obviously a bit hard for mobius, but for thor he may as well be carrying an actual toddler. yeah, being carried with little bounces and pats on the back. just being close with his caregiver in general, he’s learnt to trust but he’s still scared he’ll be yelled at if he misbehaves, so it’s always a little scary when he’s feeling a lot and can’t control how he reacts to his feelings. baby gotta do what baby gotta do. best to give him lots of cuddles and kisses until he’s ready for a bottle and a sleep, when he wakes up it will all feel worlds better!
thank you kurt, i hope this is satisfactory <33
