This is Ayden Zodiac, a vampire of my zodiac legacy in Moonlight Falls. The blue guy is Eneas Goth, his boyfriend and a spellcaster from the Goth family. Both are teens from The Sims 3 but I wanted to create them in The Sims 4 too.
