BOOM! You are suddenly transformed into a sim in your own game! What are the three traits listed for you in CAS, what is your aspiration, and what world do you choose to reside in?
Ok, now that is tough, but if i was dumped into TS4 my traits would be:
Perfectionist
Creative
Good
Aspiration is hard because their is nothing similar to my real life aspiration but the closest would be “mansion Baron” or “Freelance Botanist.” My goals are get a decent, nice house i can decorate and call a home, and have a place for all my plants. 
As for world? It is a toss up between Brindleton Bay or Oasis Springs. Both lovely in their own right but offering different ways to live. Brindleton Bay speaks to my love of coastal living, while Oasis Springs speaks to my love of warmer climate plus the MCM vibes i get from the world. Maybe I can live in one and have a holiday home in the other? It would appease one of the aspirations I chose XD

Hi! Totally random question, but do you have any pointers on how windows work in Sims4Studio/Blender, or do you know of any comprehensive tutorials on making one? I have a specific vision for a window I wanna make, but i'm fairly new to modding. While I can work fine with a mesh in blender for the most part, I don't really understand what all the meshes are for in sims 4 studio (instanced windows and glass? what???) Any insight from your own experiences I would really appreciate! -N8
There may be one on the S4S forums (particularly the cutout tutorial), but I really just winged it by understanding how the mesh was separated. There are 3 main groups for the frame: front, back and middle. The middle is basically the parts of the mesh you would see from looking from the front or back. It is the stationary mesh group that is always seen. How windows work is the front or back is not shown depending on the angle you are viewing from (can see this by placing off a wall with MOO). So you really need to design a window with that in mind. The glass is simple then has 2 groups, front or back. 
Depending on the window the order of the mesh groups is not the same so you just need to look at the base mesh groups in blender to make sure you put your new mesh parts in the right section. 
Also, “Instanced” is just the shader used for exterior items, nothing to worry about there. All mesh groups are labelled with their shader type in S4S.
