It seems a festive place this time of year. “ I’ve been quite the helper - maybe you’d give me something good to inspire niceness from me in the new year. “

it had just been a stop along the way. He’d been off to see his brother before he’d decided to head back to New Orleans but that didn’t mean he couldn’t make detours. After all his appetite led him places he didn’t expect. Like tonight, getting booked at this gorgeous hotel that was all blacks and golds and luxury. he finds it to be a place that could possibly fit at the center of his own city. A world of its own is what it looked like and he was far more than impressed.

Tucking his key into the inner pocket of his jacket Klaus makes his way further through the hotel he finds his way down to his room. They’d promised the best and he was expecting just that given the amount of a good time he’d already experienced being here. But as he makes his way down the hall he stills, the smell of blood reaching his senses with an overwhelming amount of craving. But that wasn’t living blood of any sort.

Eventually he follows the trail of blood nearby, his hands clasping behind his back as his eyes lift to the scene unfolded rather elegantly before him. Blood was pooled on the ground, the room was spacious and a body laying there as well. But the strangest thing was the fact that she was kneeling near the blood stain on the carpet. His head cants rather curiously. 

“ You look like you could use a bit of help there, love, mind if I make myself known and give you a hand? “

“ well - given the way we met. “ he answered, small smile touching to his lips in response. She’d been arm deep in blood and he could often smell it all over her when he drew himself near to her at times. “ I simply assumed. “ a shrug is given in response, head canting some as in some sort of studious manner. “ Assumed that with the way you were alright with whatever death you’ve been so open to - meant that maybe you’d been doing some of the killing yourself. “ not that he had much thought against it.
