HE BELIEVED IT WAS HIS DESTINY TO DISCOVER AND CREATE LIFE // ALT MAIN

This is an alternate version of his main timeline during and after he leaves CyberLife. It is altered a bit to serve as an alternative backstory away from DBH itself.

As a child, Elijah Kamski showed a high level of intellect and affinity to learn very quickly. He watched sci-fi movies, read the books, and dreamed of a world where machines could live alongside the human race. He believed what he saw in the movies wasn't out of the realm of possibility, the how and when just needed to be figured out. He rose quickly through school, graduating early and heading to a tech program in a prestigious college with a full scholarship where he proposed his plan to create real, living machines using an advanced AI he developed himself.

He graduated quick, rising to the top of all of his classes with ease, and proposed his plan for machines that were as lifelike as humans. It took close to a year after he graduated to find the right formulas, the right way to make them work. So many long nights in his small apartment and the library, as well as the lab at the college, spent working it out until he finally got a breakthrough. Biocomponents, paired with his own Thirium 310 formula to power them, allowed the androids to be as human as possible, while evolving and functioning on a much higher level.

He bought up land for cheap in Detroit, setting the stage for his company to rise and make androids to sell all across the country. His very first machine, Chloe, was a widely recognized success. The first machine to pass the Turing Test, she was remarkable in every way. Once the little factory was established, they managed to sell hundred of thousands of androids all across the country, becoming a household name right alongside Amazon and Alexa. He made a male counterpart to provide variety to the androids and give the people buying the option should they want it. The male was not as successful as the female.

Soon after, it didn't take long for the people to start to turn on the company. Elijah was criticized for wanting to replace humans in the work force, to the point where sales in androids dropped drastically. Detroit became the epicenter of android hate as more and more protestors began to rise up, attacking the stores and androids they saw on the street.

Reluctant, Elijah conceded defeat. He took a step back from the company, announcing that they would no long be creating new models or selling new androids. They would, however, continue to make parts and repair, as well as resell used androids, for the customers who had bought them.

Elijah left an android of his own creation to run the company for him, in secret, as he lived out a quiet retirement with just Chloe and the first male model Simon. He still lives in Detroit, keeping an eye on his company that was his life's dream, as well as the androids still out in the world, however few left it was.

Time left on his own, with only his machines around him started to alter his perception on humanity and the people around him. He believed he had been wronged by society and began to resent the people. He sees himself as a god amongst his creations that wasn't given his proper chance.

He continues to update the system in which the androids run on.

Verse specifics -

There are only two models of android that were created, a male and a female. They are both blond with blue eyes. They do not have short model numbers, but instead are referred to by their given face names: Chloe and Simon

Chloe was created first, and Elijah keeps the very first with him at all times. He also has the first male he created as well

He sees the male version as the start of his downfall because it was such a massive failure in comparison

People didn't like the male as much because they felt it would be too easy to replace humans thanks to this.

The male android was the beginning of the end, so there aren't as many of it that were actually made, and it is also sold second hand far more than the female.

-(Default verse) Any undisclosed moment from after Elijah leaves his own company up to, and including, the android revolution. Bitter towards those that would seek to overthrow everything he worked to build, the watchful creator bides his time, living in solitude in his villa among his favorite of his creations. It is said that he refuses all guests and never leaves his home.

-Following the revolution: failed, peaceful, violent, or nuclear. After the androids fought for what they believed in, the world is ready to move forward.Elijah starts to relax, ready to see how the world will move forward from here, and very ready to see how much CyberLife will squirm without him. A lost revolution means less than a won, he simply moves on, perhaps willing to start again, but now they will have to begin fresh with new androids. 

#SOME MEN JUST LIKE TO WATCH THE WORLD BURN // WORST ENDING

-After the androids were all destroyed, Elijah takes back control of CyberLife. He promises that androids will never again rise up as they did. All the while... he seems to be planning something else... Next time, he promises to succeed.

-After the androids win the revolution, Elijah takes time off to travel abroad. Once things settle in Detroit, he leaves the city with his RT600 Chloe to go backpacking across Europe for a year. He returns with his hair trimmed shorter and a half sleeve tattoo on his left shoulder. After seeing as much as he could, he returns to his beloved Detroit to see how things are going in a post android free society. 

NON-CANON ALT MAIN VERSE:

(full verse explanation here) Elijah, the young genius created his androids to prove machines were so great. But, when the world began to reject him and his creations, he stopped production and resigned to live a quiet life in spite of humanity.

-Original post information. After Elijah dies the cancer in late 2028, an android takes his place in the world, watching over the city. He becomes conflicted with the way people treat androids and creates a way for the androids to deviate and fight back, while frustrated himself that he can not deviate. He is much less empathetic than his human counterpart and colder towards the human race as a whole. The only one who knows that he is an android is Chloe and the ST200s.
