ugh i think about NWP everyday...

the fact that theres NO WAY he didn’t think about Junko during the creation of it kills me, especially since its essentially what he did with Ryoko. ESPECIALLY when their conversation about the sandcastle, its implied that a half of the reason he became a doctor was so he could cure junko if anything happened to her. And considering how hajime was able to be "saved" from his boredom with the NWP implied that junko could’ve been saved too.

maybe its a good thing he died so early on, i dont think he would’ve been able to handle the idea that he could’ve saved her.

(also i love talking about dr0, i eat up any discussion, even if its CRUMBS0

matsuda just trying.... so hard... to save her... uwaa. loss is something that blankets him so closely and he tries so hard to prevent it from happening to his own detriment... yuta having said he often spends nights in his labs.. his disheveled appearance.. his determination pains me especially knowing how it turns out ..... i cant help but think that despite everything, he was one of the characters who Had the most hope. he kept moving forwards to achieve his goals and didnt let grown ups stop him or the school or (as much as he could) junko.. i remember when hes talking to the steering committee hes mentioned as thinking hes finally found his chance to protect junko which kills me because everything he did before that point he didnt even know if it would work. he poured all of his time into the NWP and his research and trying to save junko from herself and he didnt even think he had a chance to actually make a change but he Had to continue anyway. he had to have hope even if he didnt have anything else and it was that culmination right until the very end where it was mentioned that he truly, truly lost all hope. if i think about this further i will CRY

and gosh not being able to handle the concept of Actually being able to save her is so destroying because imagine if he did. but he poured so much of himself into saving her that even if she did recover, matsuda... really wouldnt. be himself. he spent so much time in textbooks and his own head and neglecting himself he never really got to be a human. never got to have a childhood and do kid things. never really got to experience things as a normal person should, and if thats so, would he even be able to be 'human' with fixed junko..? but would he be able to openly show affection and go on dates? hes buried those emotions for god knows how long. im rambling. here. nothing of substance but like. yeah you can save others from themselves but can matsuda save himself?

“Uwaa Papa’s back, Papa’s back!” Sarada jumped from her seat running towards the front door before Sakura could get a hold of her to stop the little girl. Considering her hands were full with the other little bundle in her arms waking up at the noise. Or maybe he wanted to see Papa too like Sarada.

“Ah Sarada, what have I told you about running inside the house.” Especially as Sasuke hadn’t even set foot inside yet. She could hear the little squeal and her husband telling their daughter to be more careful but his voice was full of tenderness.

“I’m home,” Sasuke came through the living room with a small Sarada clinging to his leg grinning away.

“Welcome home.”

“Ah,” the two were then interrupted by a cry of their youngest as Sachihiro’s small hands reached out to Sasuke wanting his attention. “I’ll take him.”

“But you just got back.”

“I need to do my part in parenting too,” Sakura let out a small grateful smile as Sasuke beckoned Sarada to follow after him so he could tell her all his stories whilst he was travelling.

She adored her little family. 

It seemed tonight they would all be sharing a bed as Sarada stated, since Papa was back this was his way of making it up to them. The two didn’t mind and it wasn’t long before Sarada fell asleep, her arm protecting Sachihiro. They let out little sighs and snores. 

“They really missed you dear.”

“Ah,” he nodded thinking. Was this really their best option? “Do you regret anything?” His question took her off guard as to what he was implying.

“Regret what?”

“Living here, staying here with me… it might be easier to raise them in Konoha.” That way they would have plenty of people to keep an eye on them and babysit. And whilst that may be true she thought of her children first. This village was safe and small and easy for Sasuke to get to and back.

If they lived here instead of in Konoha, he could help raise and watch their children grow. What was there to regret?

“Of course not, I mean these two are a handful but if living here means they get to be with you. Then I couldn’t be happier.” And me as well, were words left unsaid but her husband knew. Besides, it wasn’t as though they never visited Konoha. They just had to be careful.

I've been thinking about fWhip/Jimmy even though I've barely put in any effort to look for Whimmy content and just gotten notable videos/clips from other people, because I thought it probably had good cute material and I could redeem it for myself. And I'm so sorry to all fWhimmy shippers out there but my stance is basically the same as with (mostly traffic and some other SMPs, but not all) Flower Husbands. Which is to say it makes me feel pained for Jimmy lol. If you happen to be a fWhimmy shipper who's already put off then for the love of god you don't have to keep reading but anyway

Most of this is because of Legacy and Empires S2 but hh okay the whole deal about nobody taking Jimmy seriously on E2 ever, right, so when his deputy (fWhip) also fails him, and Jimmy in all his seriousness expresses his disappointment, and fWhip immediately kisses him in response upon Sausage's encouragement to do so????? And Jimmy lacks any good or defensive retort and then fWhip also starts shooting him as Jimmy's leaving because yeah sure why not!! I know to a lot of people this is probably funny and quirky but to me this is once again Jimmy's current feelings and seriousness being completely disregarded again like "omg shut up little cute guy and kiss me already" vibes (negative). Like I cannot begin to express how fucked this response is... Similar to when he made signs arguing against Jimmy's decision to fire him and it included stuff like "you're disrespecting yourself. You can do better babe" like jesus christ is Jimmy really nothing more to you. I'm sure they're way better than this in some other SMPs but as far as they go as a ship uhhh this is all I've gotten. Their appeal is that Jimmy tries to be serious but no one takes him as such including fWhip who just finds it adorable, and that Jimmy likes to be insulted by him...? This is what I've gathered and, obligatory: I'm not here to police anyone, I dont care, only expressing my personal thoughts from what I've seen because I'm genuinely intrigued about anything Jimmy related. In E2 fWhip just ends up feeding into the bit of making a fool of Jimmy and it hurts me the same as it has with all the other members driving this bit into the ground. Jimmy having trusted him and then having to fire him meanwhile fWhip is acting like... the way that he is, just makes it so much worse for me uwaa. And I obviously have seen very little of E2 but Jimmy is almost always so polite if not hesitant even when he tries to be scary and take revenge etc. (Eg when he was unfairly being doused in lava in Legacy, he STILL hesitated to stop that and as such made a very poor attempt to break out of his cage even when he was in totally full right to do so because that was bs. And his entire villain arc in E2). That and he always gives such love to any one of his partners, only for people like fWhip to be relentlessly mean and never return the sentiment to a point where it'd make for anything mutual... I think I need to see season 1 of Empires or something. There's got to be stuff there. There's got to be something. There's got to be some genuine mutually cute ship potential for this somewhere that isn't just them being buds. Although I think fWhimmy is too far gone for me. Pensive

Location: In living quarters of the AIIE experiment grounds

Rei: Uwaa, we’re having a sleepover with all of UNDEAD~♪

Fufu. The SS preliminaries was the perfect opportunity for one, but Kaoru-kun was thrown into a desert and separated from us.

I’m happy that the four of us can have a sleepover together peacefully– gah!?

Koga: ...

Rei: Koga? Don’t throw an omanjuu at me? Is this your way of telling me you want to play?

Koga: Stop bein’ so happy-go-lucky, vampire bastard. The hell you mean, pajama party.

Rei: Oya, how nostalgic. Could this be that you want me to call you ‘wanko’ for the first time in a while?

Koga: I ain’t callin’ you that for nostalgia purposes, I’m insultin' you.

Rei: How troubling. Please don’t take your frustrations out on me.

We’ve all given our consent to take part in this experiment.

We can’t complain now, can we?

Koga: We was basically forced to? If it hadn’t been us, it woulda been like, Ra*bits who haven’t done nothin’ wrong.

Kaoru: Ahaha. It’s definitely a little off putting and shady sounding, but it makes for an interesting story, right?

AI idols and stuff– no, technology and science in general has come a long way. Really, it’s like an old sci-fi movie.

If this was just a movie, or even just someone else’s problem, I think it could have been a lot of fun.

Adonis: I also don’t feel great about this but I am interested in terms of the development of science and technology.

This is the future we thought of when we learnt about Voc*loid and drawing AIs, and it’s becoming a reality right in front of our eyes.

We’re now living in a near sci-fi world that people from the past could only imagine.

It’s like a dream, whether that’s a good or a bad thing.

I’m excited.

Kaoru: Ahaha. That totally has the vibe of a boyish heroic novel.

I don’t particularly like that sort of thing either. At the end of the day, I’m still the son of an academic who reached for the sea in search of romance and mystery.

Adonis: I also dislike jumping into areas I don’t know about.

Rei: If we think realistically, if we had refused to take part, there was the likelihood of RhythmLink turning their backs on us.

I suspect they would be rather unpleasant in the matter.

This is a necessary step so we are not thrown to the side. The compensation is rather impressive, and, in simple terms, profitable for us.

Well, we made quite the sum of money during the SS, so we have some to spare.

If an experiment such as ‘AI idols’ is successful, implemented, and announced to the world, won’t they look to us as we were the test subjects? Doesn’t that make this all worth it?

Koga: But this doesn’t solve the problem we’re havin’. They’re just killin’ time, it literally has nothin’ t’do with our situation.

This better not turn into a goose chase, wastin’ time runnin’ ‘round lookin’ stupid.

Rei: Umu. We should all brainstorm some ideas in order to solve the root of the problem, as Koga said. Fortunately, we have been blessed with plenty of time to do so.

Kaoru: Mmm… I was kinda on guard when they said experiment, but if they’re just asking us to stay the night here?

Rei: Umu. We will be given medicine, which will cause us to sleep for about half a day. In that time, via the devices connected to our heads, data will be collected and compiled.

During the time we are not asleep, we will exercise to prevent our bodies from weakening, and eat to keep up our energy levels. Let’s all get on, the four of us.

The testing period will last approximately one week. During this time, any other forms of work are banned, as the extra stimulus may skew the results.

Our phones will be confiscated, and we will be separated from the outside world.

Kaoru: Kinda feels like being a prisoner or a hospital patient… Welp, this’ll be easy money if all we’ve got to do is laze around.

Rei: Umu. I suppose we can take it easy. We will be paid regardless as to whether the experiment produces useful results or not, so it’s not a complete waste of time.

Fortunately, this location is better than a hospital or a prison.

Look, there are some cards and board games we can use to kill time. Let’s play until it’s time for us to sleep.

Koga: Ain’t you bein’ too relaxed ‘bout this whole thing?

Rei: That’s a good thing, is it not? I’ve been acting unusually mature since my youth, so I do not have many experiences like this. Such as having a sleepover with friends of the same age—

"Pfft- Hahaha...".

"Ohiisan, how long are you going to keep laughing? It's pissing me off...".

"Ehehe- I'm not laughing Jun, I'm listening seriously!" Hiyori tried to muster up a serious face, but a smile still crept out his lips.

"Yes, I've been listening to you seriously as well. Jun's role as a hyena sounds good" said Nagisa, causing Hiyori to lose it and burst out laughing.

"Don't laugh out loud like that! Dammit!".

"Sorry sorry- But your reaction to my teasing is always so good~" Hiyori couldn't help but keep chuckling at him. His comment made Jun blush a bit, rolling his eyes in annoyance. It looked like Hiyori wasn't planning to stop teasing him anytime soon, so... why not return the favor?

"If you want to laugh so damn badly then here!" Jun lost no time digging his fingers into Hiyori's sides, causing him to squeal and fold on himself.

"wahaHAIT! JUN YOU BRAHAT STAP THAHAHAT!" poor Hiyori went crumbling down to the ground, Jun following him with ease, now opting to dig his thumbs into his hipbones.

"No no, you brought this onto yourself!" Jun's angry glare slowly softened up to a more teasy smirk, having fun in this situation even if the goal was to punish his partner.

Nagisa took a step back, watching the scene in amusement. Not wanting to interrupt their fun.

I'm pretty sure Hiyori's loud bouts of laughter could be heard all across the CosPro building. I wouldn't be surprised if someone filed a noise complaint.

The greenette would twist and turn, throwing his head back as he laughed all hysterically "AHAHAHA! J-JUN STOHOHOP!".

"Hmm..." Jun pretended to think for as he halted his fingers for a moment, allowing Hiyori to catch his breath. He then looked down at him with a sinister grin "Maybe I'll stop... if you beg me to~" and just like that he went back to squeezing repeatedly at his partners hips, chuckling along as Hiyori fell back into hysterics.

"WAHH! N-NEHEHEVER!" of course begging for mercy was hard for Hiyori, he felt like it would hurt his pride after all. And that's exactly why Jun went with that approach. It was nice doing the teasing for a change.

"Suit yourself then~" Jun then abruptly changed to squeezing down at Hiyori's kneecaps, causing him to somehow squeal even louder as he kicked his legs out like a silly 'lil puppy.

It didn't take much after for Hiyori to crack "WAIT! WAIT-! OKAHAHAY! I GIVE! I GIHIHIVE-!" poor Hiyori wheezed through his laughter, his face fully bright red all the way down to his neck. Even his eyes were starting to get sparkly from the tears forming.

"Oh? Is that so? Mm... I'm not fully convinced~" Jun then softly traced along his kneecaps, he wasn't a complete sadist after all. Hiyori would try to catch his breath but would end up hiccuping and giggling all over again.

"Ahahahaha! P-plehehease, mercy!!!".

Jun cringed a bit at Hiyori's shriek, slowing his fingers to a complete stop. Hiyori quickly gasped for breath, sucking as much air as he could through his leftover giggles.

"That should teach you to stop teasing me...".

"Oho please, don't act like you don't like it~" Hiyori sent him a playful wink as he slowly got up to his feet, causing Jun to let out a flustered groan.
