So, carebot huh

I noticed in uty guardener seems upset about her creator abandoning her, but she never used the word “abandon”, she never blamed her creator, she’s self destructive and constantly blaming herself. Here in utg she responds to the same abandonment with rage, based on what we’ve seen she seems to blame Goldstar for this. This was also probably influenced by 014 too lol. I feel like her old attachments and knowledge of Dalv and Rover’s death drove her over the edge, and she wasn’t able to hibernate blissfully during the years the sunnyside farms closed down, no, she’s stuck there for years, rotting, with only the thoughts of betrayal keeping her company, her old coping mechanism in uty isn’t here and being a robot she has no knowledge and wasn’t meant to deal with this grief

IT'S TIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIME. Should I have probably done the Mo apology comic first for continuity's sake? Yeah- But I started thinking about the final battle and I got REALLY excited.

Y'all remember when we talked about the moon pin? :)

Starlo, Dalv, and Rover each had a pin- Starlo had a star, Dalv had a moon, and Rover had a sun! They were family heirlooms passed from generation to generation, each holding some sort of power that could only be used when the three were used in tandem. It was warned to be a bit risky.

Starlo had no other option. This kid wouldn't give up. He was desperate to finally finish Dalv's project (even though he was never meant to in the first place) and would do it by any means necessary.

I used a lot of symbolism with them- How the moon and the sun are so much more important than just a little star. How Starlo prioritized those two and saw himself as less important compared to them. They were his world. He simply surrounded them. To defeat him, Kanako manages to break the pins and take them apart. The moon and the sun lay broken... while the star is cracked but in piece.

I know quite a lot of you have been waiting for this for awhile. :] I hope the design was worth it! I hope it's good,, I decided to go with an eclipse theme if it wasn't obvious enough. I loooove star stuff.
