did you ever go to bed at night and thought about what you did throughout the day and like... couldn't remember half of it? as if it just never happened?
#that happened to me yesterday#i keep a journal that i fill out every night before going to bed#so i was thinking about the day#usually i have a very vivid memory si that i can actually recall nearly everything i heard said or saw#but between 12 and 6pm there was nothing#absolutely nothing#according to my screen time i was not on my phone or any other device#so what did i do??#i still can't remember and it's like so scary ngl#i actually had a panic attack after i realised that i couldn't remember#i'm still a little scared#especially cause this was not the first time this has happened#also kinda reminded me of sirius in cr but like in a very mild form if that makes sense????#idk#i'm scared this is getting more and more frequent#idk why i'm sharing this tbh#just needed to get this off my chest tbh#cay rambles#cay overshares#yes this is a tag now
