time to place your bets if i can go two mornings in a row without a meltdown
#usually i dont get meltdowns that often but i am still very much recovering from traveling for the eclipse#so i am extremely sensitive to every little thing rn and cant brain enough to stay regulated#avoided it yesterday by not trying to really do anything and watching like 12 hours straight of outer wilds streams#if I have a meltdown anywhere its always the fucking kitchen for some reason. sometimes my room because thats where i spend all my time#but... kitchen is loud and kitchen is where i often am forced to try to do complex tasks with very few spoons#also if cats not been fed yet then theyre weaving around and rubbing up on my feet#which is intensely intensely triggering
