CITY ON THE HILL For you to be a city on the hill, You must be a city on the heel, Always moving with the feet of Johnnie Walker Moving from one mile of development to the other. Every city on the hill was once a village Until the Nehemiah's on that village rose To clip their blood on the line to the scotchy sun Of Tobiah and Sanballat. Do it not for yourself, do it for the pride of generations Round your loins who may not be comfortable. Use your blood and sweat and give them comfort, Build Usokun to a point where they can beat their chest  Anywhere in the world and point on the map Directing, compassing the world to come and experience the Vibes of Usokun,  The Sights and Sound of Usokun. Nazareth was a yeye man until out of the yeye man Rose a Messiah through which the world Saw heaven through that man. You are the Messiah we have been praying for, Don't look left or right, looking for the Messiah;  You are! You are that Gideon of the Midianites When bleak blackness of the night overshadowed the Midianites. Therefore, arise and break back the glory of Usokun, A greater glory of Usokun felt when Meri Sangoju Raised an empire out of her expertise; There's a river of greatness in every Usokun blood, See it and become it. #UsokunFestiveTourDiary Here's one of the view of #Etibigblogbo aka #Etibis , the venue, our Tourist Site for our Annual Beach Party. It has been a beautiful experience previous years but that of 2019 was an amazinoglorius and Ungbemgbeish experience, those who didn't come, missed a breath of a lifetime. Besides #gbeduPoetry, the #gbeduPoet is a free spirited, humorous being you can ever imagine, moments with him are always golden, scripted in marbles. When I was a child through teenager, in the morning, I'll run out of the house because of the fear of Washing Plates, the punishment for this offence is your Breakfast and Lunch will be Denied you. So, I'll run with my friends (mostly during holidays) into Eji Uvai Meri. Eji Uvai Meri is an abandoned estate that is now grown with different fruits like a garden of fruits, mostly, that's our Guava Garden where we climb, pluck and eat different species of Guava Fruits. Sometimes, we eat to our fill and sell the remaining or select the Big Ones to our parents to bribe them of the Strokes of Cane or Food Denial waiting for us. Growing up in my dearest village Usokun is an adventure I'll want to happen in my Ability Life, if there is one.
