Cut design jotters are now up on the website!

As with a number of my designs, these jotters were created as a way to use the leftover supplies from my book binding. It turns them into something beautiful and useful.

I love these little notepads, and love the color combinations. I just have the two sets available at the moment, but as with many of my designs you can custom order your own set, and even choose what colors you want to use! Just send me an email or a DM to start the ball rolling.

A humble shade card -  Natural dye with Onion Peel

Crimson red or Indigo blue, textiles are spoilt for choices when getting themselves bathed in natural hues. Botanic or scientific names of the plants and trees may sound intimidating but the extraction of some rich tones or colours from these plants and herbs are familiar and inviting. Be it  madder root which gives excellent shades of red, pink  or The Marigold Flower, known to ooze a sunny yellow shade, these colour galore are truly vivid. A humble shade card of these natural dyes is surely way grounded than those of glossy synthetic ones.
