My Unofficial Wendy O. Koopa Character Bio

Wendy O Koopa is one of the 7 notorious Koopalings or the Little Kuppa Corps, and the only girl amongst her siblings. She is a formidable foe who shouldn’t be underestimated. She can wield magic with a wand, and has a tendency to create powerful boomerang rings. She can also create large rings which she uses to attack without her wand. She is able to create magical duplicates which she can coordinate with, she can spin around like a tornado, she breath fire, she can wield b0mbs, she has a tendency to use pipes in fights, she can basically use a power shell attack, she can leviate troops and throw them at her foes, and she can bind an opponent with her magic rings. She is able to coordinate attacks with her fellow Koopalings such as Roy which she seems to get along with. She once waited for days in a clam shell for Mario to show up so she could make her introduction and fight him. At the end of the fight she calls Mario kind of cute. She also makes claims of intending to kill Mario. Like the other Koopalings she is able to operate various machinery such as Bowser’s Clown Copter, and has even been given her own airship. Most importantly she is an elite commander who leads Bowser’s troops. As such he has commanded said troops like Cheep Cheeps in fights against Mario and friends. She is good at skating and has even participated in the Olympics. She has a bullish attitude and often seems angry which she is described as scary when she is angry. While she is selfish she can be fun and exciting at the same time. She is most well known for being fashionable and style-conscious as she wears a pink polka-dotted bow, a necklace, bracelets, and high heels. Said fashion she has brought into the Mario Kart events through car interiors under the title Wendy's Car Interiors. She is also a member of the Women of Racing Organization. Not Bowser's kid and are an adult. Her laugh is "Teehee."

Note, while the Koopalings status as Bowser’s kids were retconned other information about them wasn’t stated to have been retconned so it can be regarded as still canon unless new information contradicts it. Mostly the sibling part is what I’m referring to.
