#delete later#unlocked the emotion annoyance today! thats movement in thd the right direction. and wasn't so exhausted and filled with doom that#i couldn't do anything. also started thinking about ny uncles health decline and how hes barely himself anymore but thats pretty standard#anyway. also figured out one of the compulsions that triggers tics. it unfortunately is the compulsion that is rge hardest#to resist and if i don't resist quick enough i tic anyway but thats still something. i can probably reroute it into being a smaller#compulsion for now. instead of a head shake and grimace im workong on just screwing my eyes shut and im on a like 30% success rate#and that triggers facial tics but NOT full head tics most of the time so thats the right direction.#we'll see whether i can do that whilst working. im a bit concerned about that bit#i haven't unlocked hopeful yet but i think ill get there. just gotta keep trucking on
