when i get annoyed at gerard (e.g. when he writes a song that is good) i start pacing and repeating "jerruhd." in a snippy tone like they're my layabout manchild husband and i'm their nagging bottle-blonde english wife who's one minor traffic incident away from a full-blown screaming meltdown. it think it really helps me process complex emotions while reminding me what's really important (that no matter how badly he wants to be, gerard way is not english)
