This isn't a criticism just really funny to me

I've been seeing DP fics and posts where they are using Esperanto (canon I know) but people are calling it an "ancient forgotten language"

... Esperanto was created in the late 1800s. It's a CONSTRUCTED language made by a guy who wanted to make a "universal language" (by using almost only European languages as a base, mind you)

It's not some dead language that we don't use any more like Latin or Ancient Greek

Maybe it could be an ancient language cause of DP time fuckery and all that in canon?

But it's just really funny to me

Honestly it's Extremely Funny to me that it's canonically used in the show too
