Multi-platform Universal Single-cell RNAseq Data Processing Pipeline – UniverSC

Scientists at the Center for Integrative Medical Sciences Yokohama, Japan, designed a platform-independent application to run UniverSC, a wrapper for the 10X Genomics CellRanger program that works with different single-cell technologies, via a graphical user interface, operable on macOS, Windows, and Linux Ubuntu, eliminating data processing for single-cell RNAseq (scRNAseq) analysis for researchers who are naive to bioinformatics. It is envisaged that UniverSC will make single-cell analysis reliable and foolproof to utilize, revolutionizing scRNAseq technology.

“os estoy diciendo que es verdad” tragedia acompañaba sus cuerdas vocales conforme sus irises se irritaban y quitaban color a los propios. el llanto ya era casi precedente. todo el mundo le decía que era cosa de shock, de que aún le faltaba tiempo para arreglar la herida de su locomotor pero no era así ¡estaba viva! ¡v-i-v-a! “por qué no me creéis...” ya sin soportarlo, agarró su bolso y salió de la sala, escuchando las reprimendas de familiares y amigos. cada día chiara perdía la ilusión, le dictaban que su cabeza la engañaba. que la tumba de aquella persona estaba ahí y era la prueba definitiva de que los muertos no regresaban a la vida.

Se inclina ligeramente, rozando sus carmines en la oreja, utilizando su diestra para ocultar el acto. “ Vamos alejarnos un poco, solo los dos. ” Pronuncia en una tonalidad baja para que solo sea escuchada por el contrario.
