Currently Reading: Shelved my snub towards ranobe's to start Eighty-Six, and I recommend it even to those who don't read ranobe (like me). Lovely characters, gives twists to what's essentially a zombie war apocalypse with topics of death, fantasy racism, child soldiers, etc. I'm not sold on the main couple yet, but it's more than that. I actually like the particular way I do not agree with everything the author seems to suggest for this work, as it opens rooms for discussions pertaining to both in-universe and real world. Ready for talks o.<☆

Current Obsession: Lord of Heroes, very particularly f!Lord 😌 The story is about, well, heroes, certainly larger-than-life people but very much trying to make the most of their lives as heroes of their own story, not just the main character's. It's a story about human dignity("human" in a broad sense) in the face of hardships and of evil, very much against cynicism and nihilism if those aren't your cup of tea. Features strong and dignified women characters including the female version of the MC, also has a slew of highly lovable male and gnc characters, and everybody's favorite enby man to really drive it in. I'm pretty much asking myself what would Lord do in situation whenever I want to be a good person xD Lord is just a perfect example of a character who must struggle to be good, a display of what daring to be good can entail - namely, it comes with a constant need for decision-making, responsibility-taking, and facing your own shortcomings. But Lord will persevere. I have faith in her

Unrelated Obsession: So you know I'm a multiverse-multishipper, I very much ship both Rangerschoolshipping and Vatonageshipping in their own "timelines". Although I think of Kellyn and Kate as completely interchangeable protagonists, I do slightly differ in their characterizations, so my ship of them with Keith each come with a different flavor. Granted, I'm the Kellyn person, so I'm more ""obsessed"" with Rangerschoolshipping... But Vatonageshipping enjoys a healthier relationship with better outlook of working out, not the least because I enjoy torturing my faves xD

Aaaahhhh thank you so much for the compliment!! It makes me really sad that there aren’t more gif-makers in the fandom, but I absolutely love giffing this series so even though they don’t usually get that many notes, I’m not gonna stop!!

As for your question, hmmmm... honestly, probably Osamu! When I first got into the series, I wasn’t a massive fan of him, like I didn’t NOT like him but I thought he was kinda boring. But over time, he’s really grown on me, and that’s probably due to the development he’s had! I’m absolutely in love with how slowly he improves, there’s never a sudden burst in strength or power, it’s gradual and makes the payoffs so much more meaningful and epic. Where he’s at right now has taken so much work and I think he and his strategic mind totally deserve the respect that he’s starting to get!

I also love the development he had in regards to his interactions with Kido. One of my favorite Osamu moments is that time right after the large-scale invasion, when he and Kido meet in the hallway and Osamu straight-up threatens Kido about if he were to ever try to pull something slimy on Yuma or Chika. In the beginning of the series, he was so timid in front of Kido and the other higher-ups, but by this point he’s had enough of their shit and he lets Kido know it. I love that scene.

Osamu makes a great protagonist, even if his lack of power and experience can be frustrating at times. Overall, as a character arc, I think he’s learned a lot about himself and where his true strength lies, and I think he still has so much room for growth!!

See, everything else on tumblr works fine for me, I wouldn’t be replying like this if it didn’t. Dashboard on desktop works fine outside of videos not playing, it’s just when i go directly onto people’s blogs, like if I clicked a post with a Read More, is when I can’t see anything. You try clicking and going directly to my blog and see if doing that works on your end.

Yea the stuff with Taimou sucks. Like he was having panic attacks so bad that he felt like he was having a stroke. 

I am hyped about my boi cocco coming back though. 

The thing is with Effect back in SK right now doing who knows what, it doesn’t leave them a lot of options, and since Taimou can play a lot of what Effect does, they probably felt like he needed to be in. 

It’s gonna be crazy though, oml

Hello! I’ve just recently discovered the whole “Shiro has eyeliner/ eyelashes” discussion, and was wondering why Shiro couldn’t have both eyelashes and a monolid? In terms of physical features, they occupy different parts of the body (the eyelid and eye specifically), so it’s not like a person must have one or the other exclusively. Unless I’m missing the point then I apologize! Thank you!

he could! i’m not against the hc of him wearing eyeliner/having long eyelashes. what i do have a problem with is people who use it as an excuse to erase the fact that he has monolids (re: my last post lol), esp bc shiro’s VA has confirmed (i can’t believe VAs hav to fucking confirm this shit) that shiro’s eyes are natural. like anyone can say he has long eyelashes or wears eyeliner if they want, i think people need to ask themselves: 

why do i hate the idea of shiro having monolids so much that i’d rather completely disregard it and say he puts on makeup in space everyday instead?

(also, just from personal experience even though all monolids are different, my monolids + most of my friends’ monolids actually push down our eyelashes making them appear short/unnoticeable)

No I can read manga pretty fast and tried reading it once before, I fell off though because the scanlations were extremely far behind. I don’t mind sitting down to read it again and catch up, I just don’t know if that’s how I want to spend the rest of my week. It would be fun to read though....
