I have to go to the dentist today and I am NOT looking forward to it 🙃
#it’s just a cleaning and annual X-rays#but my oral hygiene habits aren’t…the best to put it lightly#i’ve been making an effort over the last week or 2 to actually brush twice a day and floss at night#but i’m scared they’re gonna tell me i need like 4 fillings or some shit#unfortunately while i did have good dental care growing up my mother didn’t enforce goof oral hygiene habits as much as she should’ve#as a result i never properly formed the habit of brushing and flossing everyday#and it’s kind of coming back to bite me as an adult because now i have to make that a habit myself#make your kids brush and floss their teeth people#it’s a LOT harder to form those sorts of habits as an adult believe me
