One of the most frustrating things about having been forced to endure American public school physical education class is like. They DID teach us stretches! Lots of stretches for lots of things! Perfectly fine stretches.
Perfectly fine stretches for able bodied people.
They did not teach me any stretches and so now as a Disabled Adult(tm) with ligaments made of taffy and joints made of gravel im told all the time that I need to exercise to help my pain. Okay well that hurts. I went on a ten minute walk the other day and was bedbound for a week. I need to stretch first? Okay. None of those stretches work because my muscles are too stretchy. Those stretches hurt because my joints can't do that. Those stretches are not applicable to my situation. What am I supposed to DO

Actually did i ever mention publicly that back in May(-ish) i was very seriously considering becoming an actual episcopal priest? I think ive cured myself of whatever temporary maddness overcame me tho, but like,,, for a moment there... 😬
#thats why i went to church a handful of times#and then promptly stopped bec my girl Rev. [redacted] wasn't there the next week#and her substitute gave me a weird look for not taking communion :/#i liked Reverend tho! her sermon was very interesting#father rambles#seminary is unfortunately too expensive bec otherwise i Would get ordained solely for how cunty the title Reverend is 💅✨️
