Undertwins Headcanon:

The boys liked arts and crafts when they were kids.

Papyrus still likes drawing and painting to this day. He's particularly good at painting photorealistic environments... in environments. One could assume he accidentally pulled a Wile E Coyote on himself a couple of times while he prepared a few puzzles (AKA painting a cave on a cliff only to forget that it was, in fact, a painting. Cue Papyrus running into the "cave" and injuring himself).

Meanwhile, Sans used to draw and paint almost as much as Papyrus did, but he lost interest in it because he was much more interested in science and sci-fi stuff and it basically became his hyperfixation. However, he still likes to sew clothes. More specifically, he likes to take damaged clothes and fix them up with his sewing abilities. He loves a good project (even though he gets stuck in the string all the time hehe).

This is something I have been debating doing- I don't know if it'll work, but whatever. First I was only drawing out something for Pulsar, Splotch and Twine(dubbed the Captive Trio-) to receive asks, but I ended up deciding to add all these other characters(most adopted on Amino). Now I have this cluster of the most characters I've drawn together in a digital drawing on my first time using Ibis paint.

Only some of the characters actually have full fledged stories mapped out in my head, and only one has a wiki. Soo- not a great start I guess, but that's why you ask questions, right? To find out information that is not yet known. It's just that in this case it may be highly likely I'm making it up as I go lol

Undertwins Headcanon:

The brothers' sleep schedules are AWFUL. Just awful.

Papyrus' is more obvious, but he's not particularly bothered by it. Why sleep when he has better things to do?

Sans, on the other hand, is particularly messed up when it comes to sleep. On an average night, he doesn't go to sleep until it's 3-4 AM at the earliest, and even then, he's a very light sleeper and always on-guard. But when he's absolutely exhausted (physically and emotionally) and he finally passes out, he's practically dead. He'll sleep for two to three days and then wake up like nothing happened. Papyrus is so used to them he calls them 'Sans' little comas', and he takes care of him during them, berating him lightheartedly afterwards for being lazy. This had been going on since they were 13, and both of them just accepted it as normal. Although literally everyone else would disagree and suggest that they see a doctor about it...

Twine: I'm not a big fan of operators, but that one at least seems to be against the strings as well.

miss them sometimes.

(Everyone else does not have a Chara in their universe- and none of the ones in these universes are particularly bad, Undertwine!Chara is an operator who goes against their purpose and cuts the strings that control people's lives, OutofHorror!Chara is unknown to Sans as they are a ghost who guides Aliza, and Undersurge!Chara is a vengeful ghost who understandably dislikes Umbri(and humans by association-), but not monsters)

Undertwins Headcanons:

Since it's November and everything, I think this will be the perfect time to say...

Sans and Papyrus both listen to Christmas songs in October and November, but for different reasons.

Sans does it to troll people.

Papyrus really just likes the songs, and plays them all year round. However, he will insist that OTHERS not play them before December. He doesn't like to admit that he enjoys listening to them all year round.
