Honestly he thinks its so cute??

Like he throws some puns at you about it but hed probably try and find more topics youre passionate about, so that he could get to know more about you + see you so passionate.

I mean like, he’d never allow himself to fall more in love with you, but just seeing you like this makes him so happy.

it kinda even reminds him of his brother in a weird awkward way, since Papyrus is always going off about stuff that he likes.

He think is cool how you just click open about certain topics, and he kinda wishes he had something that he was so passionate about too, though thats probably not gonna happen.

He’s a big ol’ pessimist, sorry about that.

Papyrus

Hed probably just join you in your ranting.

He loves that you opened up so much and he wonders if its because youre finally warming up to him.

Honestly it just makes his day tbh.

If its an activity that youre passionate about, he’ll deffinetly suggest that you go out and do it and if its something hes not familiar with, he asks you to teach him.

When you go back to being shy and quiet, it kinda bums him out a little bit since he assumes its because you dont really like him (??????????????)

He tends to overthink too much since youre so timid, but hes determined to become your friend and thats exactly what he plans on doing.

Probably brings the topic up a lot just to make you open up.

Your timid nature was something new and refreshing for this ol bag a bones, since where he’s from its all straight to the point and all that, its why he even started liking you in the first place.

He loves teasing you for his own amusement (and to gain your attention since the poor soul doesn’t know how else to do that) but when he stumbles upon one of your nerves and you start going off on him, hes honestly shocked into silence.

That is, he actually thinks its super hot and hes lowkey starting to sweat.

It makes him like you even more than he already had, which, in his opinion, is a bad thing.

Youre a nice, shy, timid girl who doesnt deserve a bloke like him hanging off her shoulders all the time.

But at the same time, the fact that you have some fire in you has given him hope. 

Maybe youre not so timid and weak as he thought, maybe you could handle him after all?

Edge (Papyrus)

You two were just going about your business when a rude monster bumped into you.

Edge, sighing and already preparing to dust the monster on the spot is stopped by your sharp words towards the brightly red colored being.

Apparently you had been on your last nerve and you werent taking any more crap from anyone, especially since you overheard this same monster trash talking one of your favorite thing in the whole world.

Now, Edge didnt really like you all that much before, because in his eyes you were just another weak little pathetic human who just waited to be killed. 

But when you completely destroyed the soul who bumped into you, honestly he was just shocked into silence.

Perhaps he had underestimated you?

And if so, then what was this nagging feeling in the pit of his stomach???

It felt like something was tugging at his soul whenever he looked at you, and it was pissing him off.

Only when your voice reached him did it click.

Boy was he not happy.
