Nightmare sometimes calls people "babe", "sweetheart' and "darling" when extremely confused, explaining something for the nth time or like, surprised

Like "darling what in gods name is that."

It isnt frequent but it happens

Basically yk the friendgroup? Teenage girls (atleast where i go to school) call others that sometimes, and so did the girls in the friend group, and he just picked up on that

(He just like me frfr, i call everyone babe/bb and my love because i picked up on it 💪)

Time for 15 year old nightmare

nightmare doesnt have a mother figure. Or any parents for that matter anymore, so he probably just copied the animals he saw and didnt think much about it

kids are curious and they copy others, so they all probably picked up on others quirks and copied it.

Its why nightmare eats oranges in a weird way, sometimes sits differently then others and just the tiny little things you know

Nightmare saw cats laying on trees in a particular way, and even though he doesnt like cats it did look comfy so he tried it. Now he lays down in trees like that, watching over people. After the first encounter with his lover he watched them for a while in the trees

One of the people in the friendgroup is basically just...nana, or like atleast their looks are similair. Personality wise its probably a mix of other people, but i think Sparks from underpunk is sort of similair? Or thundyne. Not quite but like, similarities.

They're a mix of sparks, nana, mitsuki koga and Kanna from the guy she was interested in wasnt a guy at all.

She is one of the people nightmare is closed is, they're basically siblings.

Also she introduced weed to nightmare, that was...a night. He never did anything like that again, he will stick to alcohol if he wants something thank you

Yes, when i think of the prime examples for motherless and fatherless behavior, the dreamtale twins are what I think of.

And I don’t know any of those characters you described for the person in the friend group but they sound cool asf.
