Long answer: Yes.

In fact, it has three more pairs of arms! They are extra mechanical limbs. Alphys gave them to him when he started his symbiotic relationship with the spiders. They are inspired by an anime she was watching at the time.

They're hiding in his back!

He only uses them in combat. Or when he doesn't want to walk. Or when he wants to sleep but can't find a comfy place. Or to prank people by walking on walls.

At first he didn't want them, but the spiders convinced him to keep them.

He does NOT like cold seasons. Either does his spiders. So he literally just sleeps in front of the fireplace all night until it's time to eat/open gifts.
