Your experiment is fucking GENIUS. I remember starting bsd with no clue what it was about or even what the characters were like. but. I got to know abt skk soon enough and I think the reason I didn't ship knkdz at first was because I was waiting for skk to happen. Then I remember watching the dungeon scene and I was like that's it? ig part of the reason I started shipping it was because it was such a huge ship. I only started genuinely shipping skk in the later seasons and after I started reading the manga and light novels. Anime only skk was kinda underwhelming at first tbh. There was sm better knkdz content then. But I only really started shipping knkdz after I read the entrance exam novel and I think I would have shipped it MUCH sooner if it was animated properly. Anyway sorry abt the long rant and please share the results with us!

i was introduced to bsd via a friend and it was only through my devotion i decided to humor her and check it out. so i went in knowing nothing abt chuuya or skk and i think that made my viewing experience sm better bc i wasn’t anticipating anyone. WAIT ACTUALLY NO bc my friend mentioned him on and off and asked me how far i was off from ep nine bc thats when we’d meet him and i was like bro i cannot wait to just get to ep nine and meet this dumbass so i don’t have to keep hearing abt him💀

--Guys it’s beautifully written, awesome, and there are so many details. It’s well-researched with the addition of a ton of mythology.  It’s freaking crazy and funny and tugs on your heartstrings.  Still in progress, but I’m reading it anyway because it’s just that good. 10/10.

--I read this like forever ago but it’s still pretty cool. Angel family feels galore!

--Sam and Dean actually, you know, talk things out. They’re awesome brothers and there’s just something about this series that gets me every time!

--OKAY this one is really, really long, and currently unfinished, but DAMN it is good. I read it when there were at least 10 less chapters on FFN when I only used that. It’s so good. Castiel joins Dean in the past, and there’s a lot of Winchester Family feels as Dean tries to fix everything. 

Sympathy for the Devil (and Dean Winchester) - Dean is Lucifer 

“"I'm Lucifer. I always have been. I just didn’t know it for like, the last five thousand fucking years, not until you broke the seal and I got my Grace back and realised exactly how much I was screwed over. Okay, so maybe there’s a few assholes I’d really like to explode, but really, I mostly just want to stay under the radar and get my head sorted.” After the final Seal is broken, Dean discovers that he's actually Lucifer. He's not really sure how he feels about that. The forces of Heaven and Hell aren't exactly making things easier.“

--I just. It’s amazing. Poor Dean and Sam at the center of everything - except Dean’s not just a vessel. He’s Lucifer himself. There’s an awesome parallel to how Dean is always a little ball of anger that doesn’t want to break down in front of people and it just works really well.

Saving the Day with a Purple Sharpie - A short with Sam/Gabe/Jess

“catyuy's prompt: fallen!Gabriel/Jess/Sam, Stanford, Sam comes back from his hunt with Dean to find Brady unconscious in a Devil's Trap, Gabriel with a lead pipe and both his lovers freaked out. (Gabriel attacked Black Eyed Brady who was attacking Jess and made the Devil's Trap but doesn't know how he knows this shit).Only I messed with it rather because Brady is yellow-eyed and conscious inside Gabriel's trap and it was Jess, with a frying-pan.“

--This could be such an inspiration for a longer fic that I’ll never write, but man if it doesn’t give me ideas. 

The Burden of Being Me and You - Good!Deanmon

--So Dean’s definitely still Dean, but his morals? Well . . . actually, still Dean, ultimately, because all he cares about is Sam. Like Brothers Apart, there’s just something about the brotherly dynamic that works in ways it ought to have in the show.
