1. What did Unagi become a delinquent before?

1. Bullies were beginning to target his younger siblings at school. He knew that if the bullies feared him, they would leave his siblings alone, so he did everything possible to make himself appear as a fearsome delinquent. Eventually, he was forced into situations in which he actually did have to behave violently or like a criminal in order to keep up the "act." So, even though his original intention was merely to create the appearance of being a delinquent, he actually did become a real delinquent for a short time.

2. Why does Unagi like to talk about family?

2. He doesn't "like to talk" about family, but he values his family.

3. What made Unagi give up being a delinquent?

3. He eventually stopped being a delinquent when his siblings no longer required protection.

4. Does Kokoro really dislike talking about justice because her past undergo with bullying, or is that a disguise she makes to fit in with the bullying group?

4. Kokoro feels that true justice doesn't really exist.

5. What would Unagi think of Kokoro if he knew the reason why she became a bully?

5. He would relate to her.
